Cosmos Auto Body Icbc Repair

I just picked up my car from Cosmos and cannot say enough good things about the repair and customer service. It was in to fix damage to the passenger side after coming too close to a concrete post. They provided a highly competitive estimate and had the car into the shop quickly. The work was completed within the exact time frame quoted. When I picked it up I was delighted with the «look new» appearance and greatly impressed with all of the additional touch-​ups done on various chips and scratches in other areas of the car. I would highly recommend Cosmos and will not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Cosmos Auto Body did a terrific job on fixing our cars. Our Mini Cooper’s bumper was hit by another car and one of our other cars had self inflicted body damage. Jason and Joseph are wonderful people to deal with. I really appreciated their honest opinions and the quality of work. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Jason and Joseph were so helpful and met a tight deadline on repairs to a Volvo I brought in. Half repairs were part of an ICBC claim and Jason worked with ICBC to get the claim approved so they could begin the work. They did a lot of work in a few days. Super thorough and trustworthy. I will use them again. Highly recommend.

I just picked up my car from Cosmos Autobody & Collision and I must say I’m very impressed. Not with just the work but with the customer service and the quick turn around.

I gave Cosmos a call end of last week after I had emailed them some photo’s of the damage. I spoke with the owner (Joseph) and he gave me an initial estimate of about $ 1200 for the repairs. There was a scratch on the tail light, and he said he wouldn’t feel right replacing it (which would be about $ 250) unless he tried buffing it out first.
I really dig that kind of honesty. I’m sure that putting in a new tail light would mean some more revenue for his business, so the fact he wanted to repair instead of replace was really appreciated.
So I drop the car off yesterday first thing in the morning, and about an hour or so later I get a call from Joseph. He said that he’s had taken off the bumper and found there was no damage to the bumper underneath. As a result he adjusted his initial estimate DOWN. It was a great surprise. I was told my car would probably be ready the following day (today).
THEN they emailed me a couple of photo’s showing the damaged area of my car with the bumper removed, and that there was no damage to the under structure of the bumper. I didn’t even ask for these pictures, but they took the initiative to send them to me. It was definitely something I was happy to get the chance to look at.
These guys know what they are doing and they’re good to their customers. Hopefully I’ll have no reason to bring a car back here, but should the unfortunate circumstance arise where I do, I’d be comfortable returning to Cosmos.
