Pretty good! While hungry and walking on Robson I saw this place, and immediately the freshly made hot chai ad stuck out. It was pouring rain so I thought a nice warm chai would help lift the mood. Place is small and decently clean, staff were friendly. I ordered the tandoori wrap, and the naan used to wrap it was delicious. Generous helping of tandoori chicken in the wrap. The sauces included a sweet and runny mayo that I had tasted in shawarma before. I kind of wished there was more indian spice in the wrap, because flavours wise they played it pretty safe. Chai came out about 10 mins later since they made it fresh. It was good, and it warmed me up on this sh*tty rainy day. Will probably be back!

Pros: regular to sizable portions depending on who is taking your order, friendly staff, delicious food and drinks. Cons: longer wait for the chai.

Looking for curry in a hurry? Look no further! Okay, that was a bad pun, but seriously, if you’re craving a tasty curry dish but don’t want to wait around forever for it to be cooked, this is your spot. Most of their dishes are already made and ready to go. Buffet style, if you will, except you pay per dish — whether it be meat or veggies. Prices are decent too. A bowl of curry with rice or naan is less than $ 7 after tax. If you prefer your curry spicy, there’s a selection of spices to add to your dish. The only thing I thought was a bit odd was their front entrance. The restaurant is quite small to begin with. Their front door gives you the feeling that you’re entering someone’s home. But, there’s food here and it’s really warm inside. Do you leave it open? Do you shut it behind you?(For the record, I chose to close it behind me.) Still, tasty food for a reasonable price!

This place is a gem. Kumar is a ninja with the curries and I would recommend it to anyone. Don’t be deterred by the modest location or lack of tables. Pull up a stool to the bar, and prepare to enjoy. Every time I’m in here it feels like I’m traveling, without the concerns of food quality. If you have a tolerance for a little spice, definitely suggest his famous Chili Chicken, paired nicely with the Butter Chicken and some fired Naan. Yum!!!

A small, cozy Indian spot off Robson & Seymour… been there many times during work lunch breaks, and it’s always good. They’ve almost always been friendly, and are willing to describe dishes to you, if asked. Reasonably priced, considering the portions. The standard curry dishes come with plain or flavoured rice, with Naan bread.

Expensive!!! Not so friendly I should say. For the many competition around the hood this place is a bit proud and uncanny. Unfortunately I was craving curry today and it is just the most unsatisfying meal and service there is. Perhaps this place should just remain fusion ish as it upholds the typical commercialized curry joints! Not something I would recommend! Never again I shall be seen in this… Whatever you call it!

Ayaka quoted Lorie who said«This is a lot better than you would think from looking in the window,» and might as well make that a third! I had walked by this place about a million times, and this sunny weekend afternoon I was due for a late lunch. The delicious smell of curry filled the air, and I was in Curry Fusion before I knew it. I got the butter chicken naan wrap — so, so tasty. Filling, flavourful, and the naan is hot and flaky and just like it’s supposed to be. The man running the place was nice and friendly, and my food was ready quickly. $ 6.99 +tax, and worth it. Next time, I’d like to try some of the full meals — so many more things I’d like to try!

This place is great. Okay, yeah, it reminds you of ordering at a food court mall. The food speaks for itself, though. Huge samosas, rich curries, juicy tandoori chicken– what else do you want? On top of all of that, it’s cheap! Food in Vancouver has been incredibly overpriced(dare I say, overrated?); this was a nice, pleasant surprise. Thank you fellow Unilocalers for steering me in the right direction.

This place is great for what it is. Indian Fast-food. $ 9 for a combo of 2 curries, rice and naan. I had 2 combos. Filled me up. I could go for more flavor and spice on some of the dishes. Butter chicken was decent. Aloo Gobi was the best for spiciness. Palak paneer was ho-hum no flavor in the cheese. For cheap and fast Indian food it’s probably the best downtown.

Lorie mentioned«This is a lot better than you would think from looking in the window.» I can’t agree with this enough. You have to see for yourself. I can’t rave about this place enough! I am obsessed with Indian food, and this is my #1 place for super quick, cheap Indian take away. I always choose 2 curries, rice + naan. The friendly man working there gives me extra generous portions, so $ 9 is a really good price. Unfortunately, Indian food can make me feel bloated, but never at Curry Fusion. Very easy on the stomach! Can’t recommend for eating in as the place is *tiny* and there’s no ambiance… but I’m not complaining because the food is delicious! I’m already thinking about my next trip.

Hey! If you are looking for: 1) great food 2) great service 3) fast and on the go 4) great value You’ve found it! Great curries! Tips: 1) Get the Chai — without sugar 2) The mint cilantro sauce = awesome sauce 3) Naan is excellent Everything was great. Food was probably an almost 4⁄5 but the service and the hot naan, zucchini rice, put it over the top. They even made fresh chai for us. Thanks sweetest family on earth!

This is a lot better than you would think from looking in the window. I get the tandoori chicken wrap probably once every two weeks and it’s always perfect.
