Make sure you photograph before and after the replacement of your battery.
I had special imported alloy cable connectors that were replaced with standard cheap ones. I noticed this the very next day and brought it to the owner’s attention. He thought I was insane for bringing it up and stood by his service guy (who probably has them in his car now)
Hopefully, the owner will realize that a thief that rips off customers will not hesitate to pilfer from his employers inventory.
