I’ve been going to dunbar eye care since high school and am pleased with the professionalism and service from the optometrists. however, what i’m less please about is the reception staff who have given me incorrect information more than once. as the first person you see when entering any service provider, the importance of friendly, knowledgeable staff should not be negated. a good problem solver would be a great asset.
