This is the place where all the 911 operators hang out. One of the safest building in Vancouver as it’s built to be earthquake proof.
The other occupants in this super secured building are the City of Vancouver’s Emergency Operation Centre (EOC) and
VECTOR Vancouver Emergency Community Telecommunications Organization (
)
The on site cafeteria is opened from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm Mondays to Fridays, lunch prep room with microwaves and toasters and a Zen Room.
They also hold some meetings and classes here if you are part of the following groups with City of Vancouver: —
VVC — Vancouver Volunteer Corps
ESS — Emergency Social Service
NEPP — Neighbourhood Emergency Preparedness Program
NEAT — Neighbourhood Emergency Assistant Team
