Such a great place and very decent vegetarian menu. Could have done with few more vegan options thought! Girl who served us was very nice and their lime margaritas are a real treat! Decent Happy hour and daily discounts :)

Had a chilled, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. The menu had a lot of choice but beware the added extras they offer without saying it cost more. I had the chicken tacos which I would highly recommend, the burgers looked good too!

The food at Earls is always pretty good. However the ambience of this particular location is that of a busy dance club. The music was so loud that all of my friends and I had to shout at each other from across our very small table and for a sitdown dinner scenario it just wasn’t appropriate. We aren’t very picky but we felt like it was unnecessary to have such ridiculously loud music for a restaurant.

Everyone who works there is really nice and also extremely good looking. Like really? where do they find these people?! Considering moving to Canada just to have easier access to Earls. haha but seriously… the food is great and we’ll definitely be back!

Food was good. Average Yaletown pricing. Service was alright. It’s Earl’s. Can’t really go wrong. Basically your typical business casual lunch place.

Went on Wednesday evening for wings and then tried the warm gingerbread cake with ice cream and apples. Wings were lukewarm and the cake was one third un eatable. The crust was burnt and could not cut through it with a knife.

I loved the salmon and my date loved his Cajun chicken sandwich. The portion size was perfect– not gigantic which left room for the peanut butter skillet cookie(amazing). The service was good too.

Great service. It’s a little too dark to read the menus haha. The servers are young attractive women. The food is decent. I like how fast the food comes out. My friend and I ordered chicken wings, mango rolls, fish taco, and some beef. It was a filling meal. Would come back here to try different dishes.

We stopped here to eat after visiting Vancouver for the Foo Fighters concert. We chose this restaurant because we were able to sit on the patio with our dog immediately outside the fence. The food was fairly good. I enjoyed the chicken tacos. The tinga was seasoned perfectly, but not my choice to pair with green sauce. Cotija or queso fresco would have been a better choice than feta. I loved the radishes. My husband *loved* the bibimbap! Sadly, the service was less than mediocre. Actually, it was rather abysmal. Our waitress passed four times before acknowledging us. We had no cutlery, and had to ask for it when our food arrived. After waiting several minutes, I went to retrieve it myself. When our food was delivered we asked for the check as a courtesy to our waitress, as it was nearing closing time. That didn’t happen. In the States, I will over tip for good service. The tip was shrinking by the second throughout our visit to this establishment.

Earls — one of the better established chains in Vancouver. Came here on the weekend to meet the family for a couple drinks and appies. We met around Happy Hour(3 – 6) so we were able to get a bottle of wine for half price($ 21 for a Mission Hill wine, about 5 bucks more than your price at a liquor store), nachos and some tuna tostadas. Best part = the tuna tostadas. Sour from the lime, bite sized and crunchy. Nachos were nachos — but at least they make the chips. This is what you should expect from a yaletown restaurant. The typical servers that work at an Earls, the décor of an Earls and the quality of an Earls restaurant. I’ll come back, but mainly b/c it’s convenient and it has a nice patio, The food is typical — good but nothing to die for.

I always have a great experience at this particular location. I recently went on Friday night and the hostess was so friendly and accommodating. This particular review will be based on the lounge upstairs. So we specifically asked to be seated upstairs b/c I love it. I think its so sleek, open and just has that nice lounge vibe. The waitresses were amazing. They made a drink for me that was no longer on the menu and it was fabulous. I drank 3… really fast! We ordered our regular appies! I just think for a chain, this lounge is chic and great place to hang out. The girls on this night were great, the music was cool and the ambiance is sleek. Though I liked the old V Lounge, the new format is just has a fresh look! One of the best spots in Yaletown!

this is my favourite earls restaurant to go to in the lower mainland! i’ve hosted three parties here, and the staff at earls has ALWAYS been so accommodating! if you’re looking to make reservations for a large party, they offer a private room downstairs with it’s own access, seperate washrooms along with a private«lobby» area with sofas.

I didn’t eat at Earl’s kitchen but I drank at Earl’s bar and it was a nice experience. First of all, when we were in Vancouver we walked around to a few of the different neighborhoods and I really liked Yaletown. It was close to our hotel, so I could stumble back, and there were cool bars and restaurants. We walked by Earl’s and just decided to stop in because it looked pretty cool. We sat at the bar and I ordered this cute drink that was served in a glass shaped into a bear. It was the most adorable cocktail I’ve ever seen! It was a little too sweet because of the honey and nothing else on the drink menu appealed to me so I ordered a dirty martini. The service was awesome. Some douchebag at the bar got out of hand and the bartenders quickly made him pay his tab and get out. I just love how Canadians are so chill. The bartender was like, «Hey, you’re really drunk. Pay your tab and leave. You can’t disturb the other patrons.» In SoCal that conversation would have been, «GTFOH before I punch you in the face.» Then the bartenders bought us shots for being hassled by this f-boy. How nice! The only reason I’m taking a star away is because I don’t think the bathrooms had been checked on in a while and things weren’t great there.

Went to eat here around 6pm today. Love the atmosphere, really comfortable, modern design. Lots of comfortable booth seating, tables, and bar too. Even the washrooms are a work of art. Service was fantastic! Served from the moment we sat down, asked frequently if we needed anything else. Entire order arrived under 10 minutes, I have never seen food ready this quick! Lots of staff, so service is fast. Nicely dressed, responsive, and friendly, polite. The food is delicious, portion sizes are good. Had gluten-free options. High quality restaurant at a good price point. I will definitely eat here again, highly recommend for a mid-day bite.

Would have given them 5 except it took forever to have our order taken, and a long time for the bill to come. Once our order was taken, though, the appetizers came within several minutes and the entrees as soon as we were done with appetizers. That is saying a lot, too, because we were a party of 7. The appetizers– sweet potato fries and a calamari salad of some kind, were FANTASTIC– best sweet potato fries we’ve ever had and the calamari was full of different flavors. Everyone was happy with what they had– even the picky eaters. Would definitely come here again. Prices were very reasonable, too!

My go to for a casual meal and I always end up there when I have friends or family visiting. The Santa Fe Chicken salad is unreal. The continuity is always on par. One of my all time fav dishes!

Another perfect score ! It’s been awhile since I my last visit. I found myself here when my girlfriend(another Unilocaler) and I were planning on going for half price Satay at Globall next door, but discovered due to the Holidays, they were closed. I was warmly greeted by the hostess who helped me find my friend(I was without my glasses thus blind !) . The waitress quickly came by with water and menus. Our drink orders were taken after being told the special and they arrived super fast. The noise level was low which was nice. We were then able to catch up without having to yell, use note pads or sign language. We ordered our food, which also arrived in no time(or so it seemed) The Belinis I had here were simply incredible ! I had been at the Earls on Hornby New Years Eve and the ones at that location were not good compared to these! I had the soup(clam chowder) salad(harvest crunch) and Bread(sour dough) All were great other then the bread was a bit over cooked, leaving it hard . Waitress was attentive, friendly and fast. The hostesses were great both on the way in and out. Plus the bathrooms are super cool. Thank you Earls once again !
