I’m a new patient and I loved the office. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted and given a seat. After that, it seems like only seconds have passed before the appointment begins.
The doctor is great and goes over everything with you to make sure you understand what’s next. Thorough check-​up and I was able to finally try contact lenses for the first time. Staff was very patient, and I walked out the door able to see without glasses! Will be back for my contact lens follow-​up. Great service and great care!

This glasses store is in a medical building mind you. I got glasses for my daughter and the lens kept falling out from the start.
We went back and every time it took multiple days to get back. We got the answer that the frames were not right for the lens. Really, and you didn’t mention that at the time we were purchasing them?. Hmm.
We got fed up of the delays and excuses. They said they would discount the next pair.

I’ve been having dizziness issues for the better of 6 months. It all come to a head on a Saturday afternoon. False creek took me in as a walk in and I saw the Dr within 20 minutes. Receptionist was lovely and the Dr was amazing. Turned out I needed glasses. 6 days into glasses and no more dizziness. Thanks so much for getting me in to see the dr so quick!!! :)

Although my eye-​sight hasn’t really deteriorated — my experience was very pleasant, and professional.
