I’m not even sure where to start! Ever since my first appointment with Natasa I was impressed. I came in to see her about an unsightly facial scar I have struggled with for years. I have tried many laser procedures from other clinics and topical creams but achieved minimal results. The clinic was beautifully decorated and clean. I was greeted warmly by staff at the front desk. Natasa was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable. She thoroughly answered all of my inquiries regarding my skin concern, provided me with options, and was not rushed. I had decided on having the Microneedling treatment. It is my second treatment now with Natasa and I have seen amazing results which are obvious from the before and after photos. I have also decided on having a dermal filler to the scar area to achieve facial symmetry and couldn’t be happier. I know that because of the results I’m seeing and Natasa’s professional and compassionate approach, I will continue to come back for other treatments as well.

This is the second time that I have had a treatment done at this place, and holy cow am I ever impressed! I have had many facials and laser treatments done but Natasa (the clinical director) does such an amazing job, the results are incomparable! You can tell that she actually cares about getting results rather than getting you in and out the door like a factory assembly line. Her attention to detail and technique gave me a great result with my first treatment and now after my second treatment I look even better. My pores are way smaller already and you can tell that my skin has that nice dewy glow. I got a Hydrafacial and a Laser Genesis done about a month ago then again today. She also threw in a quick IPL to zap away a couple of my little veins around my nose. You definitely get «more bang for your buck» at this place without sacrificing the quality of service. This medi spa has definitely earned my loyalty. I love going there firstly for the great results but also the friendly staff. The décor is beautiful too with a great view of the False Creek harbor for extra relaxation while I’m waiting.
