Had a nightmare of an experience here. I booked a uhaul in north van but got sent here I didn’t think there was a uhaul here and there shouldn’t be I wish they weren’t partnered with them. I arrived to find a closed office was stuck in the rain waiting for someone to show up when the guy did he was upset that I was there to rent a truck apparently. I couldn’t get the truck though cause he had locked the keys in it while it was running and if that wasn’t enough after I drop it off. He charges me for previous damage that happened before I had the truck that was clearly marked. So now I have to go through small claims with them. I would avoid this place at all cost.
