We brought a fully functioning, 18 month old Lenovo Yoga laptop in for a fan replacement and they killed it. They were unapologetic and just handed it back saying, your motherboard is dead. It makes absolutely no sense that the motherboard died when the laptop was working perfectly well mere hours before dropping it off. I suggest you head down the street to NCIX, they helped me get a new laptop and were shocked to hear how a routine fan replacement killed my laptop. Don’t hand your laptop over to Frontier PC!

These guys have been super helpful both times I’ve come in. I brought my laptop in once when the screen died. I had been traveling and my warranty had just expired. They managed to fix it and get it covered under warranty and I barely paid anything(if I paid at all… I forget) for the service. I brought another laptop in when it refused to turn on. They actually told me not to bother spending the money to get it checked out and repaired as they could tell from my story that the motherboard had died(might as well buy a new laptop). They then offered to transfer the files to whatever new computer I buy, but also informed me I could do it myself with gear I could buy for much cheaper. TL;dr. they provide good service and although it may be expensive, they tell you what your options are and don’t oversell. Thanks guys!

Thank you Frontier! For months I’ve been struggling with my old HP laptop and its power /battery issues. It was pretty much unusable. But I wanted to at least complete a full back up. So I called Frontier, a neighbourhood business that I’ve walked by for years and then dropped by with my laptop. After trial and error, the technician discovered an obscure solution which will more than get me by until I buy a new laptop. They were very reasonable and fair with their prices. I left extremely happy and relieved. I highly recommend Frontier on Broadway.
