Gary was a great Realestate agent. There are a lot of options out there when picking an agent and Gary was my first choice. The best thing about Gary was when I didn’t feel comfortable with our negotiations on the new purchase, he assured me that I should only do what made me feel comfortable; absolutely no pressure. No matter the questions, he answered them clearly and quickly.
AND, he sold my place in 1 day for full price. His relationships with other agents and getting the right group through my place on the first day was 100% the reason he sold my place so quickly and is the reason I would hire him again in a second.

We had Gary represent us for the sale of a condo in Downtown South and a purchase in SE False Creek. He gave us good advice, responded to our needs quickly and effectively and kept us updated through the process. Our old place sold in three days on the market, which seemed a combination of good advice on price and staging, and perhaps a bit of fortuitous luck. Overall we were very happy with the process and would recommend him highly!

He is conscientious, hard working and ethical. In fact I used him personally to sell my own condo in Gastown. It sold in less than one day in July 2012 for listing price.
