Gonzo – and not surprising, given its choice of location. Not saying it’s a bad location, but just not enough ppl walking by to stop and shop, with no direct parking in front either.
I’ve walked in and out a few times, just nothing really exciting enough for me to pull my wallet out.

If you like comfy knits that wash well then this is a fantastic store. True, though, you’ve got to be dedicated. A large portion of this store’s inventory is a bit granny. Think that gross velvety wool that was popular in Grade 8. But if you keep focus here, I guarantee you will walk out of this store with a great sweater for about $ 10*.
I’d walked by this shop many times over the years and finally dropped in last summer. After just 5 minutes of browsing I happened upon a cute cream, knitted summer top. It’s one of my favorites not in the least because it goes in the regular wash. The lady who helped me in the store was delightful.
Now I try to work this store into my regular downtown route. It’s a little out-​of-​the-​way and easy to forget over on Hornby «Electric Avenue» Street. But do go.
