I looked these guys up on-​line and I went in blindly or should I say, I didn’t even get a chance to set foot two steps into the store. Outside it reads that they’re open until 5:30 pm. I arrived at 4:08 pm only to be told that they’re closed. The lady at the til said they close every day at 4 pm. I pointed out that the door said 5:30 pm and planned accordingly a large distance to get there. She then proceeded to explain that it was by appointment only that they’re open until 5:30 pm. I did not see that anywhere listed outside, inside, or in the pamphlet that was available. I was looking for a new wig for the summer and was really upset that I wasn’t allowed to shop and ask questions even though they were open.
