Great place to consign your high end items. They are great to deal with. Very clear on the price as they don’t have sales like other consigners so you know exactly what you are getting back. I dealt with Anna and she was very professional; detailed and called you when she said she would. They can be a little picky with your items. Especially the quality and designer. Nothing personal. –1 star for price quotes as some prices you could sell on your own without offering them your 50% profit margin. Example, excellent condition shoes they were willing to sell for $ 190; you can sell on your own for $ 200. Just take the time to know what your items are worth and if you need the help with selling it. Will definetly consign with them again. Both my items sold within a month and got my cheque right after.

One of my favourite stores to browse when I’m downtown. I often go to the 16th Ave store but this one definitely has a wider selection. They always have their items beautifully displayed and their staff is very friendly and helpful. Yesterday, I ended up purchasing a vintage LV purse and love it. It was unique and one of a kind(it’s a discontinued model). I would highly recommend others to shop here if you are looking for that one of a kind item and who doesn’t mind if it is a few years old(the antique jewellery is my favourite).

Consigned my engagement ring and while it took a bit to sell, it did. And they weren’t willing to bring the price down because they thought that the ring was worth waiting for the right person to buy it. Trustworthy.

A great chain of stores that more people should know about. They carry a variety of authentic designer accessories, bags, jewelry and clothing which are always changing. The prices are pretty good compared to other consignment stores. Some of the brands I’ve seen there include Gucci, Chanel, LV, and Hermés. They also carry mid-range goods like Coach and MK. Since they focus primarily on shoes, bags and accessories and they only consign items that are in like new condition, you don’t get the typical consignment store feel(and smell). Unlike most other consignment stores, they also carry antique jewellery and collectibles. The owners also shop around the world looking for fashion accessories to sell in their stores. They have five locations with four the downtown area: this store, two in Pan Pacific Hotel(called the Galleria and Cafferata’s) and in the Westin Bayshore Hotel(also called Cafferata’s). The Hornby store is their newest and carry the most selection of the higher end items. The fifth store is on W 16th Ave just a couple of blocks east of MacDonald. Worth checking out if you’re looking for a good deal or to sell some items you may have.
