iNail Spa

***Nice place and I will return*** but I have to share this in the hopes that all the ladies know what they sign up for. The staff and service is excellent. I went for a mani pedi which was $ 40 on the sign outside. The moment I am on the chair, I was asked to pick a colour from the box. The selection is great! Then after waiting 30 minutes they start working on me. I also had a lady beside me that came in for the same service after me.
I noticed some things a little while into it. I was asked something like «shellac?» So I said yes. I know I agree I shouldn’t have said yes without knowing so big mistake.
The lady beside me got a longer massage and even a foot mask which I didn’t get at all. One of my feet was worked on for only 30 seconds for massage. I was already disappointed. I felt rushed through the process and in the end find out I am paying $ 90! Yes ladies! I was in shock and figured out what I had said yes to.
By the time I left, the other lady was still in the chair being worked on. So needless to say, just watch what you agree to and whether you get staff that does a thorough job.

After calling my regular place who didn’t answer the phone, I was desperate and I called last min and was lucky enough to get Sheena, who I had read about being the best (I was sitting beside Adam, and he looks great too).
Speedy, lovely, and amazing massage. I will absolutely go back. The price is fantastic for downtown, and they have more colours than most places. I see online that they do amazing nail art, will have to try one day but today just a pretty ballerina pink! In and out of there in 45 mins.
I just got them done, but if they last 2 weeks I’ll be a repeat customer! $ 32 for a shellac mani? I’m in.

I was looking for my nail salon in Vancouver and I was always disappointed by the service. I almost gave up, and based on Unilocal reviews I decided to give this one a try.
Melissa took care of me. Friendly and helpful, she offered something to drink and gave me time to choose my color.
The manicure was properly done and she paid attention to details and to what I wanted.
I asked for a shellac, and asked if they could do a matte top coat.
She answered yes, and decided to showme pictures of nail styles that I could like, based on my previous choice.
I’m not very creative so I was totally thrilled that she offered her help and tried her idea.
Turned out to be a good result. She was paying attention to details and asking if she wasn’t hurting me (and she wasn’t at all).
They seem to have new and good products, from nail polish to material for manicure.
On top of that, the price is not expensive: 33 dollars for a shellac.
I am really happy that I finally found a place that care about their costumers and do a good job !!
I’m almost sad to share that place, I loved it so much.

I am very glad I found iNail Spa and didn’t need to try out different places in order to find a good nail salon.
I was in downtown and called in to several salons to see if they would be able to do a last minute manicure for me with a reasonable price. I was originally looking to do nail extensions and gel polish. I found iNail Spa through Unilocal and decided to call in and ask. Thankfully, they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment within the next 30 minutes.
The salon itself is quite clean and new. Adam was my nail technician and he asked me what I was looking to do with my nails when I came in. Originally, I wanted gel extensions with gel polish but he advised that I do acrylic instead. At first I was hesitant because I’ve heard that acrylic is very damaging for your nails and since I have eczema on my hands, it made me quite wary. In addition, I’ve never gotten nail extensions or acrylic nails done before. However, Adam was able to assure me that it would be a good decision.
I really appreciated Adam’s excellent customer service and knowledge. He also made the following key points prior to my decision to go with acrylic nails that makes me want to go back and get my nails redone:
1. Acrylic nails do about the same amount of damage as gel /​hard nails.
2. With gel /​hard nails it would take longer and be more expensive (ie. He was not greedy for money).
3. He first tested the acrylic on my nails to see if I would get an allergic reaction as I informed him about my eczema skin condition. Since nothing happened, he asked for my consent to proceed with the rest of my nails.
Adam was very meticulous as well. He filed my nails carefully according to how my nail bed grew, made sure the acrylic /​extensions weren’t too thick, etc. The whole manicure took around 1 hour.
I really recommend iNail Spa to anyone. Not only do they provide reasonable prices for the quality and have knowledgeable staff, but they provide excellent customer service to ensure their customers are satisfied and will come back!

It has taken me a year and a half and multiple negative nail salon experiences but I have finally found my nail salon in Vancouver!
I was complaining about my nails to a coworker and she just happened to have an appointment with Sheena the next day for her holiday/​New Years nails. My coworker messaged Sheena and she was able to squeeze me in with Adam.
Adam and Sheena are the owners of iNail Spa and they are such lovely people! They have a clean, welcoming space and they do an absolute FANTASTIC job! I waited to write my review so I could post a 3-​weeks later picture of my nails to show how well they were done.
I had a general idea of what I wanted but without Adam’s suggestions, I wouldn’t have even kind of loved them as much as I do. Thank you guys so much for the great experience! See you soon :)

The Best! You must go, you will not be disappointed! I get my nails done often. I’ve also jumped around and tried my fair share of nail salons. I’ve found some decent nail techs around and have had ok results. I’m nice and easy going about my nails while, getting them done (unless they are hurting me) but secretly I’m very picky. Sheena is amazing, she does my nails exactly how I like. Everything is perfect… the application of acrylic, the colour application and the shape is always on point. No crooked nails, no lifting, no aggressive drilling. The most important thing here ladies is the health of your real nails while having them look good consistently. They are a newer salon, I almost didn’t want to write a review because I would like to get in at my convenience but how selfish would that be!
I usually bring a design I want done and I’ve always left very happy with my nails. I’m done jumping around! I love Inails!

I have had Sheena as a nail tech on and off for many years. I have also had Adam as well, and I always was happy with their service.
I wasn’t sure where she had went (the last salon she was working at said they didn’t know) imagine my surprise to find both her and Adam here ! I didn’t realize they were married.
I had called late but was able to get both myself and my GF in. After short wait (Sheena appolgize Profusely) I got my pedicure and a full set of stiletto nails.
I was very happy with both. I was planning to come back the next day to get a design done, but the deep ruby crystal sparkle was festive enough for this time.
The salon is bright and in a great location. Lots of colour variety to chose from.
I wish them great success. I know I will return !

Been here twice now (not from Van, but have come every visit so far)! The employees are very nice and accommodating :) the pedis are done very well and their shellac application is great.
Also they have a great colour selection!!!

A MAESTRO! There are many good nail techs in the city but very few GREAT ones. I have now had two manicures from Adam and they were spectacular. I gambled and went with replacing acrylic with gel nails. In the past I have had other techs try to do gel nails and its been an unmitigated disaster. But my nails LOOK like real nails. Like tiny shells at the end of my fingertips… And the colors to choose from… Literally hundreds! In the more than two decades that I’ve been having my nails done there are only been two that I would call great. These kind of manicures are literally an art form. To get the nails the closest to your own nails and to never have a problem with them needs an artist not just a nail tech. Adam is an artist. The salon is fairly new and bright and clean. Adam and his wife Sheena, who I understand is the Queen of all pedicures, are terrific, welcoming and so friendly I would refer everyone to the salon. Now, go give yourself a happy day… in their hands…

Great place to go get a A pedicure and massage. The staff is excellent service and clean. Go and Thi and have her work on your feet. Love this place. I will return.
