I own several properties in Vancouver and have an extensive experience in dealing with property managers over the many years as a strata council member. I expect from the property manager not to be a concierge but to maintain and increase the value of the property that I have invested in through managing the trades, attending to the emergencies and finding cost effective solutions to remediate occurring issues associated with natural wear and tear of the building.
Prior hiring Kyle Properties and Alex Chugay as a property manager we had numerous managers that were incompetent to say the least or overwhelmed since they would run 30 to 50 buildings! As a result our building was neglected and deteriorated to the state of a leaky condo.
The price tag to remediate was a high seven figure. We hired Alex as a project manager as well as a property manager. The job he has done was beyond our expectations. I believe that because of his competency, attention to detail, ability to understand the scope of work and diligence we were able to save a substantial amount of money and refund it to the owners. That is an exceptional case in a construction when it usually goes over the time and over the budget. Thank you, Alex for a great job and keeping our property in order!

Kyle Properties is a new management company for our property. So far I have sent approximately 10 email requests and phone calls… and the only responses I have received were to tell me that Alex Chugay is not available at this time. Would love for them to live through what we are with kids and parents who can’t sleep due to construction happening from 10pm –3am and see if this level of client service would be appreciated.
