found this place online and got the most amazing black, leather sectional from it. got a great deal too. the man who owns this shop is so kind and seems like a great human being. the price he quoted me included tax and delivery fees (and he came when he said he would, didn’t make me wait around all day, and could come in the evening when i was off work) and seriously was such a steal! i’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality couch for a great price.

I found this company on Craig’s List. I went to the Kingsway store to check it out. Inside, there were many leather sofas to choose from. I considered various sofas, and the sales person/​manager recommended against most because they were not genuine leather (e.g. bonded leather or synthetic leather). I finally settled on a couch because of its «quality» (the sales person said it was genuine leather and the best kind of leather he carried in the store). The final price I paid on the couch was around ~$ 1600.
After I received the sofa, I sat on it once and there was a dent in the leather that did not reverse. I was shocked and called him to tell him about this issue. I told him I thought it was a defective product since it is not reasonable for a couch to dent after 1 use. I am a 70kg, so it isn’t because I am fat. He said that it was «normal» because leather stretches and refused to give me the money back or exchange the product. I was afraid to sit on it for the next week and the dent never went away. Obviously, the leather and the foam have issues given the irreversible dent.
I will never buy from these guys again and you shouldn’t either. All their sofas are imported from China, and obviously the quality is a major concern. I will also post this on Craig’s list in hopes that anyone who sees the sofa or comes across this company realizes that they do not have quality sofas.
