Luksus Diamonds

Came here when my friend was getting married so that he could pop the question. He needed a girl’s opinion so there I was. Beautiful cuts and the guy working there was very helpful to us.

My fiancé and I went to many different designers in Vancouver but decided to work with Adam. At our first consultation, Adam walked us through the design process, step by step. He answered all of our questions professionally and with a smile on his face. My initial concern with a custom ring was picking the right diamond – so many to choose (different grades, colour, etc.). Adam asked the right questions to help us decide the right diamond for us. I’ll be honest and admit that I was a bit skeptical with Adam’s first consultation. «He seems too nice. Something doesn’t fit. But damn, he really makes me want to work with him.» Is what I thought after the first meeting.
We pulled the trigger and moved on to the next steps of the process… I couldn’t be happier, especially since my fiancé LOVES her ring. Adam responds to emails quickly and never made us wait during our meetings. He turned our vision into reality by creating the ring we wanted. You can see that Adam is passionate about his job and passionate about making the ring you want. You don’t want Buyer’s Remorse when buying an expensive ring. I have no remorse at all and that is why we give Adam, and Luksus Diamonds, five stars. Brilliant job!

I found many different diamond companies online and compared them. Luksus Diamonds provides the lowest price for the same diamond. Also Andrew who is the broker provided us many professional knowledge and suggestions. Luksus can make jewellery that costumers’ own design with low price too.
I bought a loose diamond and made it on a ring. Andrew emailed me all the time and let me know all the processes so I didn’t need to worry about it. I think he is really nice and professional. I got my ring now and I am very satisfy both quality of ring and service. I am really recommend LUKSUS DIAMONDS.

Truly love my engagement diamond ring custom designed and made by Luksus Diamonds. I believe what goes around comes around; therefore, I went back to Adam and have him custom design the wedding band for my husband to be. Why? Because I see quality product; creative design; and the most important-​human side of the business at Luksus Diamonds.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Adam and Luksus Diamonds, unfortunately I have a small vocabulary so I’ll just alternate between awesome, wonderful, and spectacular. I had a custom engagement ring made and it turned out spectacular!!! it was a pressure free process. Adam was wonderful at answering ALL my questions even the non sense questions. The loose diamond pricing was great as well, very comparable to those other online websites but with out the all the concerns about buying a diamond online. (ya know, like if something goes wrong, and no one will return your emails, oh and the paying the full amount with out ever getting to see your diamond part. if your buying a VS1 and above its no biggie I guess, but I was buying an SI2 in which case it is very important.) okay now I’m off topic. lols anyways it was a wonderful experience !!! my only complaint is that there’s no candy dish on Adam’s desk.
