Anita and the team at MAD Solutions are great, and transformed our place completely. I had come back from a trip and had that «get it done» attitude, and decided it was time to update/​invest in proper bedroom furniture and get a new dining room table too. I found Anita on craigstlist and she and her designer were very prompt and arrived at my house the next day for a walk through. We discussed goals and budget, and we had a deal together promptly. I could pay by credit card too, so that was nice. Over the next 6 weeks, MAD did my dining room, living room, bedroom and kids playroom. It was fun and it challenged us (we had a lot of stuff to sell/​get rid of!), but Anita and team were on hand to encourage me back on track when I started pouting about getting repainting done (so glad I did!) or craigslisting my old stuff or other homework (necessary when you do a design project!). I got a design board after a designer consult, and the MAD team was off to gather great stuff for our spaces. The best part is: on «Reveal Day», the team did it all in 8 hours! I was at work all day, and my daughter (aged 6) called me to say, «Mommy, you are not going to believe this!» so I biked home really fast. I nearly cried (for joy!) at the transformation in the bedroom (from student-​pine to gorgous matching side tables, lamps, bureau, curtains (hung for me!), new bedding and décor!) — the living room was great too, as the team splurged on a great piece of cycling art for us (we all cycle) and «made it work» within our budget. The playroom was funky and organized, and our dining room table/​new chairs were bright and so current in design. MAD is great b/​c there are no design fees, and honestly I never would have come up with items as well unless I’d spent months going through magazines which I never would have done. The fact their movers came in and set it all up, moved all my art around to new cool places — I felt like I was on a design show! MAD is very good value.

After searching endlessly for a light coloured leather chesterfield, I decided to get some help from a professional. Worried it would be expensive to use a decorator, I found MAD randomly from Craigslist, and took a chance because them claimed to be economical and stylish.
Anita gave me a power hour of decorating tips for $ 150, told me where to use my existing furniture in a whole new way, and then proceeded to buy me 8 pieces of furniture for the cost of one couch. She sourced my coveted white leather chesterfield from Montréal… at a nearly wholesale price.
She buys furniture store owners are trying to liquidate as well, and doesn’t disclose the deal or where she got it, so it’s a win win for me and retailers. Such an incredible business model.
It’s kind of like a grab bag though. She tries to give you options along the way, but in the end you end up with whatever she chooses for you. Luckily she has impeccable taste… Or at least way better then mine!

I had a Horrible experience with MAD Solutions Ltd Vancouver. I would not recommend this company.
I feel I have not only wasted my money but also my time with MAD Solutions Ltd Vancouver.
