This review is for Papyrus Online and Papyrus oakridge. Contacted Papyrus online to purchase missing piece of an item. They said they didn’t carry it but I could do a straight exchange and located a store for me and had everything ready to go when I got there.
When I got to the Papyrus at Oakridge they just did a straight exchange. No hassle no fuss.
Meanwhile my sister found a lovely sale item and purchased it. When I noticed it was marked down incorrectly they rectify the situation immediately.
It’s amazing to me that Papyrus really stands behind their products. And their customer service so far has been pleasurable.
The items in the store are lovely. Most items are a bit expensive but their sales are frequent. If you tend to shop for the future needs, there’s lots of deals to be had.
