My husband and I tried this place out near our new house and neighbourhood and were very pleasantly surprised. It looks like a family run business and they work very hard. I am still thinking about the Hawaiian pizza we ordered for takeout — 3 weeks ago. It was really delicious, light and tasted authentic and healthy. I didn’t feel gross afterwards. The dough they used was really good. They also have a wide range of take-out options which we will definitely try out very soon.

This was not worth ordering. Almost no cheese on the pizza, that tasted like nothing, and they conveniently forgot to tell me that they were a 2 for 1 place, and only delivered 1 pizza for the price of 2! Big priced rip off.

So for the last production I was in at the Metro Theatre, the producers brought in pizza from here to feed us starving artist types. And it was really good! Like, really, really good. To the point that was actually talked about how good the pizza was, and could we have the pizza again, and when would the pizza come again? I have no idea what the menu, location or service are like, because I’ve not been the one doing the ordering, but the pizza is delish — we tried a variety of different flavours and they were all great. I will definitely be ordering from here on my own once I move to the neighbourhood next month.

Parm’s is great — hands down my favorite pizza joint in an area that is blessed with pizza joints in quantity but none of quality. Imagine when I discovered this gem for a change. Always fresh, loaded with delicious ingredients and cheese that just melts in your mouth — there is nothing more I could ask for… writing this review certainly isn’t really helping my craving at the moment ! The owner is always super pleasant and I believe he also runs the delivery.

I was unable to try their pizza so I have no rating for their food. My rating, however is for the service I received. I came here with a voucher deal and was bombarded with an overwhelming menu with too many options, not to mention the prices didn’t seem to make any sense with all the bundle deals etc. After looking at the menu confused for some time, we decided on a choice. The owner however started telling us a bunch of limitations that came with the voucher. Now I am not a novice when it comes to using these voucher deals and am well aware of certain limitations that come with the use that is always stated in the fine print on the website. And like any other, I reviewed these fine prints before showing up here and it had no limitations that the owner spoke of. I can’t remember exactly what he was preventing us from choosing, but it was something regarding the minimum cost? He then showed us a print out menu and pointed out what we could choose from. However, the price on the printed menu was different from the display menu on the wall. At this point we were so confused at the supposed«limitations» that came with the voucher, and now he was showing us a menu that had different prices. We tried to ask him why the prices didn’t match up, and this lead to the owner raising his voice at us with no explanation except telling us to ignore the menu on the wall(what?). If it’s a discrepancy because they recently updated the prices on a new print out, that’s completely understandable and that’s all he had to say. But he didn’t. Still confused, we continued to ask questions as to what price we were going to pay. This then lead to him saying to us «Ok fine choose the price on the menu! It won’t make a difference in the end I tell you!» Stunned, we decided to walk out. We wrote to the voucher provider and they granted us a refund. This may have been a big misunderstanding due to language barriers, but it certainly is not a business I want to deal with. I can get better service at any other pizza place out there.

This is my go-to pizza joint since it’s only ½ a block away from me. They do all the standard 2 for 1 deals, ribs, pasta etc. The pizza is solid and always consistent. Clearly, it’s not traditional Italian and I don’t know where the hell anybody would get that idea? The owners are friendly and courteous.

Probably a ton of other choices in Marpole, just that parking’s really difficult since Granville St’s a no stop zone for decades. Do enjoy their pizza but prefer the Fraser/Kingsway location, at least there’s a parking plaza there. Though it’s not true authentic, they do load up on the toppings. it’s a tiny place, can barely hold 3 ppl in a lineup there. recommend the meat lover’s. Accept debit/credit.

I disagree with the two previous reviews. I do enjoy this Pizza, as I live near this place, it is the place I do go for my pizza and I would overall recommend it. Yes, It does have a very Standard pizza sauce, but I order 1 large with 2 toppings for $ 10, cant beat that at any other pizza joint. And the taste is very good.

Nein, nein! Must it get a star? I beg to differ, good buddy, Geoff, there, but, uh, this steaming pile of fat is a gall-bladder attack in a grease-stained box. Yes, perhaps it is like all the other crappy 2-for-1 joints out there, but I think there’s a special to-the-nth level of cholesterol-filled agents-of-destruction in Parm’s Pizza Factory’s pizza. Mm. Yum. Sounds so… Italian? Ugh, no. When it comes to pizza like this, we all have to be grateful Italy’s not known for its military prowess. I think«offended» couldn’t even begin to cover what Italians must think when one orders pizza like this and say they’re «Ordering Italian.» Unfortunately, when you’re not in Kerrisdale, it’s Parm’s, Johnny’s, and Fresh Slice. Or, you know, Panago — who actually make a decent pizza these days. Or the Cardiac Attack of Pizza Hut. This one, though, it’s the kind of pizza you’ll sweat while you’re eating, mopping the grease that’s oozing from your pores, burping at the tomato-paste-style«sauce» that’s, well, paste and oregano and now burning a hole through your dubious stomache lining, covered with low-quality pepperoni, plasticky cheese, and packs 4 gazillion calories per dripping slice. I hate Fresh Slice, and even that’s an improvement. Just say no. (I won’t even bother describing the cooking facilities. I said: Just say no.)

Not to be confused with Johnny’s Pizza Factory a few blocks over on Granville or any of the innumerable other Pizza Factories in town. I’ve only ever had them deliver and the service has always been quick and efficient. I’ve always been satisfied enough to tip pretty generously. The pizza itself is extremely average. There has to be a handbook floating around somewhere for how to run a 2-for-1 pizza place in Vancouver. They all have the SPS(standard pizza sauce), the same medium crust, and basically the same things on their menus. It’s not bad, but it’s nothing to justify writing this much in a review. Two star pizza + good delivery = three stars, I guess.
