Dr. Tao is a great dentist. Really friendly and explains everything well. Staff is also fantastic. Only issue is that you have to pay for treatments upfront and your insurance reimburses you. Bluecross does this very quickly (within days) but it might be an issue for some.

I’ve been coming here for 2.5 years and now and have always found the staff to be friendly, professional and efficient. I’ve had to have quite a lot of work done in that time, including some complicated procedures like root canals and crowns, and they have always managed to look after me well. I recommend them if you are new to Vancouver and looking for a quality local dentist.

This office and its staff are amazing. Great location for doing errands or taking in the scene (once your freezing wears off). They are so sweet and nice and gentle. They are also super thorough and professional. Though the office is quaint the staff always know the latest in cutting edge –they even let me watch a camera travel through my mouth! One give them Five stars but sadly no one has made me LOVE going to the dentist.
