I used their service twice, one last year and one two days ago. Very pilot and caring team. They don’t waste time at all. Very satisfied by their service. No damage nor loss. Very nice people. The owner is Wendy a very helpful and attentive lady. Rates are reasonable. Trucks are clean. And if you direct them they will do a great job.

You can’t trust this guys. If they don’t feel like working, they will just leave you to carry all your belongings by yourself. Today, I hired them to move a heavy marble table.
They showed up, said it is too heavy and walked away. No sorry, no attempt to help.
I had to reschedule the move with another company on the spot. Don’t ever go for this company to save your time.

This company hired new movers, not as good as it used to be. I used them again recently for another move, the movers weren’t the same people from before, this time there was an older Caucasian man and a young Asian guy who spoke perfect English. I thought they were good at first and gave them all a good tip but later we found out they broke several things including my computer, computer chair and two tables and they just threw the broken parts into one of our boxes without telling us. Also some boxes were flipped upside down. Later we found a broken tile and some scratch marks on the walls and on the floor from the move. I regret tipping them so much and I will not be using them again. PS: I bought some boxes from their Ginseng location for $ 3.50 each and all of them tore apart from the move — turns out they were really bad quality and overpriced. All of the Home Depot ones that were the same size were only $ 2 each and were a lot sturdier.
