I went yesterday to buy a box to ship a used computer to the States. Assistant Manager Joe C provided good advice about strength and security. Unasked, he then spent the next ten minutes putting it together, filling it with peanuts, bubble-​wrapping the Mac, and sealing the whole container with tape. His help was terrific, and much-​appreciated. If this is how they treat all their customers, they deserve a great review. This is one more. Thanks!

These guys have been great every time I’ve had to deal with them. They were friendly and helpful and took care to make sure I knew everything I needed to know. I even got to see them pass on that helping attitude to a new employee. When I had a problem, they set it straight to my satisfaction. The place is kept in very good condition. If they had a few more handcarts and some bigger ones, this place would rate 6⁄5.

I rented a 10×10 unit for three months when I moved here from Toronto. This storage service was perfect for me. Everything was practically spotless, I had no concerns whatsoever about the safety of my items in storage.
I’d also like to recognize Donna and Jim (manager and assistant manager respectively), they’ve been unfailingly professional, efficient and friendly. I would never hesitate to recommend this location to anyone that needs a storage service.

I have a moving company and have always had a good relationship with Public Storage locations. Joe and Aida are always friendly and helpful. They are a fountain of knowledge when it comes to locker sizes for clients needs and act in the best interest of clients that I have recommended to their location. The facility is clean, and temperature controlled. Like a lot of the Public Storage locations they also take the time to explain the contract in relationship to food and other rodent attracting items that can impact other tenants.
