I actually used to love the customer service here. But now whenever I go in there one of the cashiers follows me around in a really abrupt rude way. I shop for cosmetics daily and I’m now avoiding going there on my lunch break and waiting till later so I can go to shoppers to avoid this lady. She once was basically running around following me when I escaped her I went to the pharmacy counter and paid and she stopped me as I was leaving to look at me and make sure I hadn’t stolen anything. This is extremely rude and disrespectful. I understand keeping a look out for thieves but there is a professional way about it. Specially since they see me spending hundreds of dollars there weekly. This is a good way to loose business and the lady needs to back off because I know I’m not the only one who finds this offensive.

I’m very disappointed in Rexall and its return policy. If I am not satisfied with a product, I should be able to return or exchange the item for another product but Rexall doesn’t have a customer satisfaction guarantee! Also, Rexall does not allow the return of perishable food items such as; milk, eggs or bread even if it’s unopened(a few times I’ve even found expired food items still on the shelf!). Rexall does not allow the return of opened products, not even if the customer reports an allergy towards the product(only once was an exception made). Rexall doesn’t price match, nor does it follow the scanning code policy which states that if an item doesn’t scan at the advertised price that the item can be purchased free of charge! When an item is returned, the amount is given back tender for tender which means if I were to return something that cost two dollars I would have to pay the extra charges to have it added back to my bank account! I’m really sick and tired of shopping at Rexall and I’m really sick and tired of being followed down every aisle by paranoid employees. I don’t care if they are only doing their job, I refuse to shop at a store that treats their customers with so much disrespect! It’s too much of an inconvenience for me, as a customer, to shop at Rexall so I will be shopping elsewhere from now on!

One of the nicer, spacious ones. Their food section are in the far right aisles and corner but no ice cream tubs, just your singles like drumsticks and sandwiches. Must cater to a Chinese clientele judging from the aisle signs in both languages. Bank of Montréal Atm. Free underground parking back, nice and high for those with a ski rack ;)

I will be honest in saying that the reason why I came here was to kill time before waiting for the #3 but at the same time was suckered in ’cause right at the window they had all their Valentine’s Day candy on clearance. I wasn’t seeing most of my friends until later in the week, therefore, what do they care if everything is 50% off. It is am impressive Rexall. I just wish they had more meal replacement bar options. I did pick up some Transformer valentines for fun.

Great and very friendly service. This place is super convenient and usually very quiet which worries me because they can’t shut down or else my world would turn to darkness. Rexall is a Canadian owned and managed company. Please come support them as they help create jobs for those who live in the neighbourhood. The cute little Filipino cashier at the front has several children to feed back home!

I absolutely love Rexall! The staff are super friendly, prices are reasonable. They are comparable to other places on Main! The pharmacy is fantastic, the the pharmacist knows his stuff. He’s always helping me understand my prescriptions and helps with any questions. This is the ONLY place I will go to get my prescriptions filled. I would totally recommend this Rexall to everyone who lives in the hood! :)

Staff is generally friendly, but I do not like the managers. I occasionally had to wait 5 minutes before one of them shows up. I had enough of that and didn’t shop there again. Many items are still expensive even if they are on sale, but the 3-day deals are generally very good(Friday through Sunday). I don’t think they allow rainchecks, so be sure to grab them before they are sold out. In the past, the store left way too many expired products on the shelf, but this may have changed. There is parking underground, but be extremely careful as there is lack of space to maneuver the parking area. You can park for up to 1 hour. Pharmacists are generally helpful, but the prescription costs are just too high and like any other pharmacies, if you have insurance, they will try to suck all of your insurance money as much as possible. Would I shop here again? No, unless you have lots of money. P. S. The store takes Aeroplan cards. Plastic bags cost 5 cents each. Business is currently bad at the moment, but could improve when more condos open up in the area.

When I think drugstores, I usually think of London Drugs and Shopper’s. But today I came in because a friend of mine needed to have his prescription filled and this was his preference. I believe Rexall is quite big back east. This was actually my second visit. I was just too lazy to add the new business in the last time I was there. :) What can you really say about a drugstore? The pharmacist was very friendly. It’s not a huge shop but there is a nice selection of simple groceries. cleaning products. cosmetics. The one thing that really stood out was how friendly everyone was. Especially the cashier! Plus she also told us what was on sale. Very tempting as it was an overstock of yummy cookies! Clean. well lit. free parking… I think Rexall will catch on. The one thing I really liked??? They give out Aeroplan points!!!
