Placed a phone call to this store looking for the Davie/​Jervis store. I asked if this was on Davie/​Jervis, he said no. I let out a sigh and said «Oh my gosh,» to which he very smugly replied «I KNOOOWWW… OH MYYYY GOSSSHHHH…»
I did *not* say it like that. I did *not* sass him.
I decided to let that one slide, so I asked if he had the number to the Davie/​Jervis store. He replied (in a sarcastic tone): «No, unfortunately not, OHH MYYY GOSSSHHH… OHH MYYY GOSSHHH…»
I wish I had taped his idiotic voice on the phone just so I have proof of his idiocy. In all seriousness, what was that? Was he 5? Really. What kind of a conversation did I just have there?
Come on, Rogers @ 920 Davie. It’s time to give the boot to some staff who don’t really want to be at work and hire people who will actually deliver quality customer service. I will continue to spread the ugly word until then. Sincerely.
P. S. Spelling the words out in caps and repetitive letters seem to be the only way I can express his idiotic and sarcastic tone of voice.
