The staff is amazing. They even carry my hard to find size of women’s 11 – 12. When I went in this week, the woman knew my size and that there were limited choices so she brought out like 10 different pairs. She wasn’t rushing or anything. Super kind and patient. I find they have the types of shoes I need and I have got great prices on my last two purchases. I love my Keen sandals I got there last year for half price.

Every year my best friend and I go on a holiday and we need different kids of shoes for the trip and the first thing that comes to mind is Ronsons, however, we came back year after year disappointed. We seem to never learn our lesson clearly.
I agree that there is an unwelcoming vibe in the store, however, I try to ignore it the best I can to try and find what I need.
Out of all the trips and out of all the shoes, 6 between us that we were supposed to get, I only walked out with soft pool shoes.

I have always loved shopping at Ronsons & was thrilled when an outlet opened close to me. Not sure if I’ll be back though as the «sticker price» in the shoe vanished between me trying it on and paying, I KNOW I was charged $ 10 more when it came time to pay. When I asked to see the sticker it had mysteriously disappeared.
Honesty is the best policy but I don’t think I experienced that today.

Unlike Megan I’ve had less than great experiences with the staff assistance at this Ronsons. On two occasions they’ve been unfriendly and I’ve had to pry them away from personal chatter in order to get help. One lady, who leans on the shoe counter at the back, just made eye contact and looked away when I addressed her with a friendly comment.
There’s just a weird and aloof vibe here.
The store is quite narrow so the selection is in some ways limited. You won’t find any items here that aren’t also available at other Ronsons locations.
So, with no additional selection and snooty staff I’ll be going to another location.

Ronsons is an interesting place. I’m not always crazy about the shoes I find here, but the staff is amazing. Very helpful, and can recommend the ideal shoe for whatever activity you like to do.
Prices are average, but Ronsons Rack is the outlet version of this store. It’s always good to keep an eye on these discounted shoes. Never know what you’ll find.
