Sammy’s Designer Flooring

I am considering renovating my kitchen and master bathroom so I thought I’d pop in. The staff was eager to help at first but after they found out I was very early in my decision making process, they did not want anything to do with me. It felt like a bad first date!

So disappointed with Sammy’s during our renovation! First product arrived damaged (could understand that) we had to pick other flooring. It came late, then didn’t show up till the next week after they said it would. They only offered free delivery after we complained and asked for it. They refused at first. Delivery person refused to bring our 900sq feet of flooring up to the 4^th floor because he wasn’t paid to! When I asked them about it they said he should have. So we didn’t get our floors until almost the end of our renovation putting us back big time (when I originally ordered a month before our reno) After all this trouble when I went to return the extra unused flooring they would not even waive the 25% restocking fee. I would never recommend them. So many other stores with same stock. Go elsewhere. Renovations are stressful already and Sammy’ s made ours more so!
