The 2 guys from Small Moves were extremely friendly and nice. The job was done promptly although the drive across town took 15 minutes more than my own (and I was driving the same route) — however I’m not driving a truck. Before the move, they phoned to say they’d be later than scheduled, and I know that when you’re booked for an afternoon move this is normal. Mine was a very small move so I can’t comment a lot on the moving process but everything went well and I would definitely use this company again.

Honestly. I really don’t recommend to anyone this company. They are not serious! First, I booked my move to the first moving of the day to 9:00am. They called me at 9:30 am telling that they would be late 2 hours. That was ridiculous! I was with everything ready since early morning! Very disappointed! Pls give me a favor, don’t go with them! ! Haha I don’t know why people have company if they know how to do business! Hahaha In the end. Was about 2 pm and they did not come! I called another company to help me!

I used their service recently. A very slow team. The head of the team was the slowest and a great time killer. The only thing he was good at was asking questions and wasting other team members’ time. He was rude and impolite. The other two gents were very nice guys, but unfortunately one of them was working with the company temporarily as he told me. I had a two-​part move; canceled the second one and used the company that I worked with last year. It took them 6 hrs to load and unload items that occupied half of my 10×10 storage, which costed me $ 700.
