Siema Kitchen and Bath

This place was fantastic! I was helping my parents renovate their house (and my childhood home — so you can imagine how resistant to change one can be).
Every step of the way these fellas were honest and provided quality service/​products/​workmanship.

My wife and I were looking to do some bathroom upgrades, going into the new year we wanted to spruce things up. We went to the Home Depot and they had all the typical bathroom accessories, nothing of that much quality it seemed. Hard to find someone to help us too… a friend told us about Siema Kitchen and Bath in Kits. We popped in one afternoon and were wow’d by the showroom. Well layer out and a service person was quick to greet and let us they were there to help. Very friendly. Through conversations with the Siema employee, I quickly found out they had a ton of knowledge but also got what my wife and I envisioned. Shortly after we looked at a couple of options and they were able to piece together what we wanted! Prices were great. I was also pleased to find out that these guys are local, not part of a big chain. We will be back… next up is the kitchen!

We renovated our two bathrooms with Siema, and from beginning to end it was a fantastic experience. We bought our vanities and cabinets from their showroom on W 4 th, and as picky as we were, Eiman found a combination for each bathroom that worked for us.
We interviewed 3 different contractors before we chose Emad and his team. He and Eiman were great to speak with about the work we wanted done, and Emad brought it all together with his exceptional crew of skilled and professional tradesmen. The work area was cleaned each day after the work was done, and everyone that came to our home was courteous and respectful of our space. The job was completed in the timeframe we had discussed, even with the added requests we made. Best of all, the price we were quoted, which was very reasonable, was the price we paid.
Our bathrooms look amazing, and I know that they have been renovated to a very high standard. I can highly recommend Siema Kitchen and Bath without hesitation.

Just finished our first bathroom Reno with Siema and now embarking on our second bathroom makeover. This has been the best renovation I have ever been involved in. From the very first day the team arrived on time, the work is first class. They cleaned up after each day and the project finished on time and on budget. Attention to detail at every turn. I would encourage anyone looking for a bathroom Reno to call Siema, they are first class.

Could be 5 stars, probably is, just that I do plan to buy from them one day, for the high-​end quality you get, the design, the functionality, wow, it’s almost like getting a custom-​made finishings.
The look is very clean and simple, a lacquer finish, very modern-​looking. Prices start at $ 1,000 for a single sink plus installation but several models are 50% off.
what’s cool are the drawers, it’s the soft-​touch close, just give a gentle push, and drawer closes by itself, so no slamming and banging, which eventually will chip over time. This gadget’s Austrian-​made.

Perhaps it was the pendulum swing from absolute worst, but the service here was fantastic.
Custom made vanities, vast selection to peruse at your leisure without any pressure to BUY NOW. Service was friendly and thorough. He was even able to direct us to other shops to further help us on our bathroom/​kitchen quest.
Prices seemed reasonable, but obvs I’m not an expert.
They have free customer parking when available and if you check in, you could save 15%. Score!

Huge vanity selection. Great quality. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for bathroom vanities/​renovations!

First we went to Rona, then we went to Home Depot. Could have saved the gas money by walking up the road to our new local bath store. After getting absolutely no service and seeing nothing of quality or style at the big stores it was a treat to walk into Siema.
After being greeted by the very friendly Ammar we wandered through the showroom drooling over all of the vanities. Before long my husband came to me with the ‘I found the one.’ look on his face. Yes he had! Lacquered doors, quartz counter, porcelain basin, beautiful faucet and soft-​closing doors and drawers. As Ammar went off to get the price list I braced myself. I was expecting it to be really expensive compared to what we saw at Rona. Sure it was more expensive but you’re getting what you pay for. We also got a toilet there and even its design is elegant (hey it’s your porcelain throne right?) and simple.
If you don’t think items like vanities and toilets are exciting you should have a look in here. Drool-​worthy for sure!
