Really good customer service.
I was in the wrong about a confusion on pricing on one the post christmas sale. I stormed out and came back to take a picture of the product because i really liked it. The manager (not sure) Stephen (sp?), explained the pricing to me. Feeling like an idiot already I decided to buy the product from their location. Stephen handled it very well and even thou I was in the wrong and really embarrassing he handle the situation and was nice about it!

Come here everyday. Closest Starbucks to my office. Clean, convenient location. Staff are friendly. Seating capacity is ok. Store size on the medium size.

Somewhat little location, tucked away in a corner of City Square.
Parking is available along Cambie when it’s not rush hour. There’s also the underground parkade, but you need a $ 10 purchase to validate the ticket, which is a bit difficult if you’re just here for a coffee.
The neat thing about this location is that it really does feel like you’re outside, because of the large windows as well as the gazebo frame in front. All of the outdoors, with none of the cold or hot weather.
The place does fill up during coffee break times, because of all of the employees working in the nearby office towers.
The coffee I had was consistent with other locations.

Located inside City Square Mall. This location is very on the ball with service and ordering. I get a decent selection of pastries at this location. Very friendly.

Not the best place to linger and enjoy a coffee since it is inside of a mall… but it is a very nice mall.

I am a coffee junkie and now that I work in the area this is the newest of my pushers for my habit!
It’s your typical Starbucks but they are very friendly here. I actually feel like they want to see me. The place is clean and the staff pay attention to the line ups so one isn’t left waiting for what feels like the next millennium for their fix.
I will be back.
