It’s pretty small location, but they have really friendly baristas. The selection is the basic Starbucks selection. The best feature of this location is the west facing patio. the traffic is outgoing and the breeze is just right on a summer’s day.

As you probably know, Starbucks gives out birthday drinks to cardholders. My birthday was almost a week ago, and I completely forgot to redeem it. But the person at the counter was still willing to honour the offer! – And in no way did he hesitate or make me feel bad about it. He said the offer was recorded on my card, so it would just be a matter of checking to make sure the offer was unused and applying it if still valid.
Voilà! Free drink, almost a week late.
Thank you Starbucks.
As for the location — small, quite deep, washrooms not locked. Air conditioned (yay!). Wifi (yay!).

Thought I would never give a boring Starbucks a 4 star in east Van. but for this tiny space, sure makes up for lots of seating.
Got the lounge seating up front, and the working tables for the back. And window action seating for some eye candy action.
Parking is a bit challenging during rush hour but enough on the side streets, metered parking of course, the city needs revenue.

Nob 23⁄12 The best thing about this location its wonderful west facing wooden patio with five tables. Seating is quite spacious with widow-​side seating with 4 tall bar-​style chairs, 4 sofa style comfy chairs plus the usual tables/​chairs. Don’t come here to charge or plugin your electronic device as plugins are few and far between. Staff are pleasant and efficient. Besides a fireplace this place lacks nothing.
