Subway

I personally like the fact that this Subway opens late. I mean it opens till midnight. It works well for hungry people at night time. Especially in this hood most restaurants are closed after 9 pm. They recently replaced their pop machine with the ones with many flavors. This is pretty cool. Their sandwich are pretty good but in terms of quality I think they are the same as any other Subway.
Also this Subway has free wifi but you need to ask for the password. I have never connected to it because I have 6GB LTE. Most people come here are students.
Service is pretty standard. I personally like this Subway but I don’t come often that is for sure.

I love Subway. This has to be the best one I have visited in such a long time. The service was friendly, the toppings were fresh and she made the sandwich perfect. I will be returning to this Subway when I have the craving. This is defiantly the best one in Vancouver. Keep up the good work.

Have eatin’ here many times… always the same… always good service and good food

I feel kinda silly for reviewing a Subway but this one has fresh toppings and nice service compared to the only other one I’ve been to (UBC). I can’t imagine that’s setting the bar very high to begin with since most, if not all food places at UBC have awful customer service and substandard food. I like this Subway, it’s pretty good.
UPDATE: Just after writing a nice review, ironically, I visit this location to be told by the girl who obviously hates her job – not a single smile, very slow, mechanical movements – that next time I’ll be charged for extra veggies. What? Since when does Subway charge for extra veggies. «It’s new.» Yeah ok. Extra meat, I understand, but extra veggies? Like, if I get 2 layers of cucumbers and no black olives, does that balance out? What if I only want ²⁄₃ the amount of lettuce? How do they calculate extra veggies? Now that just sounds like nickel and diming. Unfortunately this is the closest Subway to me.
Still fresh toppings but this time the knife and spatula were both dirty.
I write the complaint review and remove a star as I chow down on Subway. It’s still delicious…
