Gracie is amazing — truly talented! She did my hair just over a year ago, when I wanted some red peekaboo pieces, and the rest of hair highlighted platinum. She spent a while discussing what I wanted, and suggesting different ways to colour my hair. The whole process took just over 6 hours — but it was totally worth it. She did an amazing job!!! Because of the higher price point I can’t be a regular customer unfortunately, but will definitely be returning when I need a more complex colour job.

I did some design work for SSS, and received an hour long massage session today with Sam in return. Prior to today, I hadn’t had a massage in about 6 or 7 years, and even then it was at some random spot in Los Angeles that wasn’t the best. That said, I wasn’t really sure what to expect as far as a massage goes here. Sam’s approach is definitely a lot stronger than I was expecting, but it felt like she really targeted the worst spots of my back. I would describe the massage as slightly painful at times, but painful in a good way. I could feel the relief almost instantly as she worked my back, neck and shoulders.
The overall experience was great. They have a really cool spot, with lots of art for sale, and the massage room was private and comfortable with relaxing music.
After years of skateboarding my back is pretty hooped, and I’m sure it’s far from fixed after this one session, but I must say it feels a hell of a lot better than it did before I went. I actually felt like I was floating as I walked home.
Definitely go and check them out if you get a chance, your spine will thank you.

What can I say about this place that hasn’t already been said? I’m terrible with names, but I’ve been here twice now, and got a haircut by the owner both times. She’s really good, doesn’t take hours, is super friendly and totally the best at making time for her customers.
I think I’ve found my regular spot.

I have never had my hair done here but a lot of my friends have. Always a good outcome. I have been here for special events only, and last night’s Love Local Art event was no disappointment. Watch for their next event in the next 3 months. Supporting local artists is definitely giving them the 5 stars. Part of the night was a tattoo artist giving a great deal and we got in for a couple of flash pieces. So good!
The studio is beautiful and there is a RMT on hand as well if you need a massage.

I’ve had a couple of haircuts by Gracie and they’ve been great! My wife thinks they are the best haircuts I’ve had.
I had a massage today from Sam and it was great. My right shoulder is always a mess and she went to town on it! Feels great!
