I used to see this brand of noodles in asian supermarkets(like T&T) and really like them and then one day when I was driving I found this store… awesome! cut out the middle man and buy straight from the source. It’s just a small little place and they make all the noodles in the back(I think), they also make some dim sum and some buns. I’ve only tried the noodles so can’t comment on the dim sum, the noodles are very good, the key is to cook(blanche) them very quickly in boiling water… seriously like 30 seconds to a minute, otherwise they get soggy very quickly. These are the thin noodles I’m talking about, they have different types like flat ones and even a japanese version like a udon.

I went to visit Vancouver recently and saw this shrimps eggs wonton noodles in a chinese market. It is from company Tak Fung Enterprises. OMG… the noodles is soggy like hell. The egg noodles in Vancouver usually can’t go wrong but i was wrong. if any of you want to bring back noodles as souvenirs for friends, don’t buy this brand.
