I don’t know what kind of practice this doctor have but I think he got into the wrong profession. He is not helpful, very condescending and discriminatory on people who ask for any disability forms he will make an excuse it’s very complicated because he doesn’t want to spend too much time helping people who can’t work just because they have a disability. He doesn’t believe that having a disability for some people may result on immense anxiety that it disable them for life. Do not go to this doctor if u don’t want to suffer more.
