The Electra

Dated but cool deco lobby. Apartment walls are thin but what a location.
Nice view from north side residents too.
Booked an Airbnb apartment here and loved the location. Easy 5 minute walk to Granville action and 20 minutes to the waterfront. The private apartment was simple yet well decorated on an ikea binge. Works well and the floor to ceiling windows offer great views.
While I don’t know what other residences look like, The Electra is a cool building. It’s dated but in a good way. Then only ding is the thin walls. I can hear neighbors and hall chatter. Free laundry room on my floor (not sure if that’s the case with every, secured floor. A fob is needed to enter the building and only gives the holder access to their floor. Nice security feature!
I would stay here again and for the location, I would enjoy living here
