The LaLa Lash

I started getting lashes this year from another place — I had no idea why my eyes were irritated all the time and tearing up. I went to Rachel last week for a 2D/​3D Glam Set and she had advised me that the lash place that I had frequented previously had attached my lashes way to close to my lash hence why my eyes were constantly irritated.
Rachel took her time and did a great job with my lashes — she had explained that I couldn’t get a dramatic look this appointment since a lot of my lashes were healing from my previous eyelash extensions. Even though I really wanted a dramatic look — I was really happy that Rachel cared about the condition of my natural lashes and ensure that I can get the more dramatic lashes next appointment.
I am very happy with how my lashes currently look and the appointment was extremely relaxing!

Over the past couple years, I’ve had a number of experiences with lash «experts» prior to meeting Rachel of Lala Lash (currently inside Silver Orchid Spa) which was about a year ago. In each instance, I was either unhappy because the application didn’t last long requiring a fill much sooner than I had hoped –which only wastes money and precious time, the cleanliness of the area was not up to my hygenic standards, or the technician was just plain flaky and not able to keep appointments. Rachel is awesome, exceeds all of my high standards and besides being friendly and accommodating, she’s a real perfectionist. She’s very skilled at lashes and even able to make my lashes that I’ve been told are «challenging» — because of a mix of curly and straight — look beautiful and uniform. I have one tiny area on one lid that has a lash line scar where lashes are absent… Rachel even manages to disguise this void. The quality adhesive she uses helps to retain lashes longer than any I’ve previously encountered. Whether I want to have a casual everyday look or more glamorous fill, the proper technique is utilized (she’s been trained by the best and has a way to make glamorous lashes look extra full).
Rachel’s work is done quickly without sacrificing quality and is always done with utmost gentleness… she is so careful and has such a soft touch that I often fall asleep during application (the heated blanket and soft soothing music help facilitate a nap too :))
It’s obvious that I feel like I’ve found one of the best lash technicians around. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the quality, fair price and all around genuine and great person Rachel/​Lala Lashes is. I love giving my business to deserving hardworking small business owners!
