Came here with a friend when we were craving crepes one morning and loved it! Small place, the only downfalls for me would be that there was no music so it was a little bit awkward to have a conversation at first because it felt like everyone else was listening in(which they probably weren’t). There was also only one guy on making coffee and crepes and since a few groups came at the same time he looked a little stressed. Otherwise, the coffee and crepes were great! I got a matcha latte and my friend got a mocha and both were amazing. As for the crepes, mine was definitely better but both were enjoyable. I got the one with sweet cream cheese, jam and almonds while my friend got just jam I think.

A little gem of a place that serves savory and sweet crepes as well as coffee and tea. It’s small with not much seating, but very pleasant and great tasting crepes. I have been several times and will keep going back.

A cozy little café that will warm your stomach and your spirit with its sweet and savoury crêpes and hot coffees and teas. First off, I always love seeing a freebie with my Unilocal check-ins — Free coffee or tea with your check-in here! I enjoyed the fact that my earl grey tea came as a loose leaf tea in a mini french press. I started off with a savoury crêpe of egg, cheese, tomato and mushrooms. It was a very fulfilling portion and the ingredients were fresh and present with each bite. The crêpe was a perfect thickness and the presentation produced no holes or thinning of the crêpe. My girlfriends and I shared a sweet crêpe of Nutella and banana. Plenty of Nutella and banana to satisfy our dessert craving. They have ice cream as well. Service was nice. Plenty of free neighbourhood parking nearby. Overall, if you’re in the area, drop by for a sweet or savoury crêpe treat!

Food was decent but coffee was way too hot and the décor leaves much to be desired. This place needs a renovation — maybe some brighter lights, updated furniture and French music playing in the background would make this place more reminiscent of a French creperie.

Likes: Best Crepes in Town, especially the breakfast crêpe(surprisingly filling, and really yummy). Great coffee and espresso(IMO — I have a couple JJ bean friends who disagree). Fast and friendly service. Lots of light, the front window is a garage door which they open in the summer time. Clean and tidy. Free wifi. Staff is very accommodating for special requests. They serve gluten free crepes. Consistently well prepared food even when it changed ownership. Surprisingly quiet and a good place to read and work on your laptop(make sure your battery is charged though). Dislikes: Not a diverse menu by any means if you are looking for something other than crepes. Inconsistent hours, sometimes will be closed for vacation or just closed that day for no apparent reason. They need to throw away that big novelty jar of Nutella on display, it’s ancient and has a greasy label. No power outlets for laptops.

Great coffee shop and creperie on upper west 4th. Crepes are good, lots to choose from, latte was good, Customer service was good as well. Very mom and pop feel to it. I came here to finish off some art.

Had a Sunday breakfast here this am. Crepes were nothing special but were not bad by any means but I have had better in Vancouver. Service was poor. Prices were meh and you have to pay for all the little add ons which some should just come included with such as whip for the sweet crepes. We weren’t checked on so we had to go stand up and let him know he forgot the whip cream for my order as well as my spouse asked for condiments and syrup and he pointed to where the ketchup was stored which didn’t look customer accesible and just ignored the question regarding syrup. Decaf coffee was also not available. We will not be returning.

Homemade crepes from fresh ingredients in an unpretentious casual setting, mature & down to earth people dig this vibe. Great value, under $ 10 for far better crepes than you’ll find at a certain chain of mediocre creperies. Been coming to Trixi’s for years, always reliably delicious. Specials board changes regularly and is worth sampling.

I’ve walked past this place so many times and have always been curious. we decided to try it out and were pleasantly surprised. A quiet and cozy little café with delicious crepes and nicely roasted coffee. I ate their new crêpe for $ 9.99(sundries tomatoes, Swiss cheese, smoked salmon and spinach) /best part was they have gluten free crêpe mix! Not to mention that they were very fair with he amount of smoked salmon … I’ve been so places where you barely get any! I was pleasantly surprised when I «checked in» on Unilocal and a message popped up for a free coffee. What a lovely way to reward guests for checking in! two thumbs up !! They accept cash and all cards & were quick with service!

I like their crepes, but their hours of operations is not standard. They don’t really follow the signs of their operating hours. Most of the time they open late, closes early and for the past 3 weeks they were completely close :(I think they should stick with their hours, then the store will have a reliable reputation!

There’s a sign on the chalkboard saying they have the best crêpe and they’re not kidding! Big savory crepes this is a hidden gem for crêpe lovers! The asian staff were so kind too. Highly recommended! The giant 3D beach painting close to the door adds a nice touch.

About 2 – 3 weeks late but this was a nice mid-day pitstop nearby a Canada Line SkyTrain station. It’s a rather neat & cozy moderately small shop. Inside is pretty cool and a good somewhat dim vibe. There’s tasty things to spot but I’d planned on a coffee and/or chai and a crêpe pre-emptively. I’ve mostly had sweet crepes in my life so I’m trying out more savory crepes. The ham, egg and cheese(je pense) was good. The asian dude working was very mellow but he worked the crêpe station like a smooth natural. I think I pulled a SF –insert flavor– latte, as well. Great wifi for this traveling dude and, despite outside rather overcast, I sat at the charming table just outside the door and read a local paper while consuming the goods.

I always come to Vancouver for crepes and when Unilocal recommended this place, I had to give it a try. And was Unilocal right? YES!!! I ordered the crêpe Loraine, which has Brie cheese, spinach, and ham. I saw them pull out the big container of spinach to put on the crêpe and expected the guy making it to grab a handful, maybe two, but it was ALL for me!!! My friend ordered one with egg ham and Swiss and once again they pulled out a ton of cheese! It was like fondue inside of a crêpe! I can’t wait until I come here again!

Delicious crepes in a cozy neighborhood café. I went with some friends and while there isn’t a lot of seating, there was a family leaving a table just as we arrived that we were able to snag. We ordered an assortment of crepes and tried them all. We liked the banana and nutella crêpe best, but you can’t really go wrong with banana and nutella. Our least favourite was the cinnamon apple and brie, as the apples were very crunchy. I’d been expecting cooked apple in the filling. Nevertheless, it was still very good. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and very attentive to keeping our water glasses filled. I’ll definitely come back here.

Delicious! The crêpe itself was nice, thin, and eggy. The fillings were very good too. I wish they would have had a few more filling options(like cheddar cheese), but I love Brie too. I feel like a total jerk because my math skills failed me and I only gave the sweet girl(who did everything from making the crepes to serving) a 10% tip. So sorry!

Crepes so close to home? What??? Yes, months spent eating my way up Cambie Street and I didn’t even know this place existed. You would have thought with the brightly coloured storefront that the colors would at least snap me out of my stupor. Fail… until now. Based on recommendations by fellow Unilocalers, along with a blissful afternoon alone with a book, I discovered Trixi’s. With coffee on my mind and a craving for a savoury crêpe, I settled on the(apparently Unilocal Favourite) Smoked Salmon, cream cheese and capers crêpe and a latte. The décor is cute to say the least, I can see that at one point this place was probably more of strictly an ice cream joint and there are left over freezers, one of which appears to be the only one used for actual ice cream while the others house various coffee tools. No matter, they do the best that they can with warm European inspired photos on the wall, cobble stone like floors, plush chairs and metal tables. Theres not much seating so I can see if they get a lunch rush it may get crowded but at 2:00pm, I was able to acquire seating easily. On to the crêpe. Smoky, creamy with a nice bite from the capers and a generous portion size. The crêpe itself(aside from the fillings) was nice and neutral and an excellent base for its contents. My only qualm was that I found that the temperature of the crêpe was more luke than warm and slightly chewy. I’m not a crêpe connoisseur but I was hoping for a slightly crisp exterior. Regardless, the flavour was great and the smoke salmon was plentiful. Add to that, the latte was well done, required no sugar and had a nice smooth non bitter taste to it. Oh and lovely music choices, I’m a sucker for instrumental classical romantic music lingering softly in the background.
