Came here for lunch and ordered chicken phở and a spring roll. Food wasn’t too greasy and the broth was tasty. A good place to stop for decent Vietnamese food.

My favorite phở place on the drive. Although the ambiance is not as nice as red pogoda, the service is better and the food is more bang for the buck. The quality of food I find is better too. Portions are on the larger side and soups have a fair amount of meat. Broth is flavorful. It has a «home» feel to it. I would recommend the Bön bo hue (spicy phở) and lemon grass chicken and pork chop. On the down side, there’s not a lot of employees and sometimes the server is inexperienced depending on who’s working. The TV is often quite loud, but can be turned down or changed if asked. I watched the bluejays play and had my favorite phở dish, a nice change to a sports bar. Need a liquor license.

Great friendly service! Chicken wings are bang on, and their soups are as well, only thing it needs is a liquor licence. My favorite phở spot on commercial hands down.

Their first location is located at 2096 Kingsway. They just took over for a previous Phở restaurant that wasn’t doing to good. So far, it’s pretty good.
The broth makes the Phở taste good. If the broth isn’t perfect, then there’s no point. This place seems average. A healthy portion of beef and brisket that past few visit, but recently I noticed a little frost burn on my beef. That’s not good!
They haven’t done much to the ambiance. Still green walls and black tables from the previous owners. The TV is sometimes blaring and it sits empty most of the day. «There isn’t much business» says the owners. Commercial Drive known for coffee shops, pizza and sushi joints. It’s nice to see culture on The Drive.
