I get pizza from this location all the time… It’s excellent!!! I’ve not been disappointed once yet. it’s always hot and made with quality ingredients… I’ll never go to fresh slice again… You can’t even compare the two. Also… the ladies that work at this Broadway and Macdonald location are very nice and always friendly and nice to my babies! I always have them with me ;). Too bad pizza isn’t for babies… I feel just a bit guilty eating this extra delicious pizza in front of the babies … I’m also pretty happy with the price at $ 2.25 a slice :) Great pizza at a Great price!

I’m not the best judge of pizza but… I thought that the pizza here was okay. They do slices and usually 2 slices is enough to make me full. The price was also okay for vancouver pizza, similar to the price at other pizza places. There were multiple selections to choose from which was nice. Seating is limited and the place was filled with smoke and very warm.

The pizza here is admittedly not particularly good in an absolute sense, but when compared against Vancouver’s other dirt cheap pizza chains, Uncle Fatih’s is my favourite.

I love PIZZA, I admit to being a gourmet pizza aficionado… taken pizza chef school in Sorrento Italy and have been making my own dough and pizza since grade 3 ! I never met a slice of pizza that did not have some small redeeming quality. I actually really enjoy the slices at Fatihs on Broadway. Extremely good value and a varied selection of fresh slices, lots of toppings and a decent crust. I find myself walking my dog and stopping into fatihs because I love to sample the different slices I never make at home. I used to journey all the way to commercial for a decent slice for under 5 bucks, now they are just around the corner! Nat’s and flying wedge is good but the quality and value of Fatih“s is better!

Growth can be a great thing. Or it can be like cancer. This is the latter. I’ve been here several times and they consistently make the crust too thick, turnover isn’t high enough so slices sit for a while, and overall quality just isn’t there. If you gonna eat Uncle, go to the original on E Broadway & Commercial. It’s the only one worth going to.

Ive odered fr here several times before. It was convenient for me to p/u 2 pizzas on my way home when my wife didnt want to cook & just like Leah G. the order taker was rude to my wife. When she told me that all of a sudden their pizzas didnt taste that good & we will not order here again.

The pizza is SUPER! And I have literally never met a nicer, better worker, than William. He is the reason we love Fatih’s. The great food is just a bonus.

I’ve been on the prowl for good pizza in Vancouver for what seems like years. YEARS I SAY! Uncle Fatih’s in Kits brought me no closer to the pizza nirvana I seek. What they did ok? Midday delivery(not many places deliver pizza at lunchtime); friendly driver; pie loaded with toppings(of varying quality). What’s left to be desired? It’s all in the crust. Is it too much to ask for a crisp, thin crust? Theirs looked like a box that was left out in the rain overnight, and tasted like a damp pita that could not stand up to the toppings. I guess my general pizza in Van gripe is that while some pizza makers give attention to toppings(I know, not all, but SOME), many others do not put enough(any!) attention to a quality crust baked well. And so my search continues…

You gotta give this institution 5⁄5. They give you an amazing amount of toppings and its a super good deal by the slice. Tastes great and its always there for me. Thanks for serving the community. I like uncle fats pie.

Yummy and cheap — my two favorites! Plus a convenient location, virtually at the B-Line bus stop at Broadway & MacDonald … perhaps not gourmet pizza, but you definitely get a yummy slice, and it’s generally quite fresh; you can always pick a different variety if the one you covet actually looks like it’s been out for a while — and if your bus isn’t due immediately, they’ll toss it in the oven for a minute to «freshen it up.»

Yuck. Sometimes even a super-cheap price can’t overcome the fact that the food is realllllllly bad. There wasn’t a customer in the place when I arrived shortly before noon. I ordered a slice of spicy chicken, a slice of pesto cheese and a soda. Thank goodness for the soda to wash down the petrified chicken chunks and cardboard-like crust! I can’t imagine the high degree of hunger or intoxication I would need to have to come back to this place again.

Yummy pizza by the slice. 2 slices for $ 4 wasn’t too bad of a deal at all. I liked the variety of flavours they had and opted for chorizo and peppers pizza and a veggie pizza of some sort. Clearly i liked the chorizo one better since I can’t remember the veggie pizza. What I remember most about this location though was that the boy working behind the counter was super nice and friendly, as well as helpful and enthusiastic. It makes my day to see that kind of customer service.

What?! Nobody has reviewed this location of Uncle Fatih’s Pizza yet? This additional location to the UFP family has all the makings of a great cheap pizza joint, but their was something missing. It’s cleaner and bigger(2 tables and seats along the window) than the original location on E. Broadway, but the clientele was completely different. Instead of the DAMNHIPSTERS of the Commercial Drive area, you get the yuppie hipsters and the starving students of UBC. Although the pizza tasted the same as the original location, the selection was less and the toppings were slightly less abundant due to the lesser amount of foot traffic. Great if you’re in the area, but I prefer having a slice with the hipsters of Commercial Dr. $ 2 per slice or $ 4.50 for 2 slices and a can of pop. Get my favourite slice, Beef & Blue Cheese!
