I had a bit of a negative experience that could have boiled down to a miscommunication, and I left a horrible review on here and emailed it to the business. The owner was outraged with how I was treated and contacted me right away and fixed everything. These guys are very accountable and provide amazing customer service. So before you leave a bad review, make sure you reach out to the business and give them the chance to fix it, I can assure you they will!

My husband bought us a number of items «sight unseen» via the internet and phone. He dealt with Ed, who was very helpful, and responsive to e-​mail. The delivery was as scheduled and on time. Most of the pieces (counter chairs and coffee tables) were excellent. We had a few issues with the «Mercedes» chairs, but were able to resolve them. Overall we are quite happy with the service we received.

Great furniture store. I found a very comfy couch at an awesome price and the owner is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend stopping by to anyone in the neighborhood !

I wish there was a zero star that I could choose, they even don’t deserve one star. I bought a Cindy couch (genuine leather) from this store six months ago. First of all the couch is not genuine leather all around. They have used some cheap leather at different parts of the couch which is a fraud. Secondly, I barely used it as most of the time I am not home and now after six months it broke down!!! (one leg broke down and a sharp piece of wood came out of the other side). The price of the couch after sale was around 1000 $. The worse thing was that he does not accept any responsibilty to repair it and he was so rude to me to resolve the problem. Now I have to spend lots of money to repair my couch. They are really rude and do not respect their costumers at all after their purchase.

I love the modern clean finishes of the furniture that if played right could be timeless. Customer service was hit and miss. Prices were way over the top.

About a year ago I purchased a bedroom combo and a couple chairs at Urban Décor. It was a mixed experience, the price was ok compared to other furniture stores in Vancouver. The service however, let me put it mildly, left much space for improvement.
In store the product presentation is very compact, there is not much space and you better know exactly what you like because you can’t give a lot on the knowledge of the associate. Be it design-​wise or anything product related. They charged a very reasonable price for delivery to downtown Vancouver, I believe it was ~ 25 $ at that time. However that’s where the problems started. If you can’t keep your appointments then don’t offer delivery and assembling. My schedule was pretty tight and the delivery was 2 days late which in the end forced me to stay with a friend for that time (or sleep on the floor) as I had no living room furniture moved in yet.
The guys who came and delivered the stuff were great and fast. The issue here is clearly with the salespeople in the store. They try to sell everything quick and promise the moon and the stars.
Quality: The bed frame is good quality, I had to re-​assemble it twice because I moved the furniture around and nothing splittered or broke. Same goes for the dresser. The mattress was done after a couple months but I only took it because the ‘Heavenly Bed by Westin’ that I ordered was out of stock. 2 of the chairs broke down within 4 months as well and those were not cheap. Oh well… When all my other stuff arrived I got replacements from ‘Inspiration’ which are top notch.
I would say that if you need a quick furnishing on a budget and don’t expect much service, this would be a place to go. I give it a low 3 Stars and that only because of the price and the reasonable assembly & delivery cost.
