Really good, prompt and at a reasonable cost– Turnaround for a boot repair, reheeling them and another pair of shoes was a few days — and it was done to time — all for around $ 44.

Really impressed by my experience here. High quality work, reasonable prices, and great customer service!
I brought in a pair of Birkenstocks that had gotten wet, which caused one of the straps to break. He fixed the straps like new and had them ready the next day for $ 15. A couple days later the same strap broke on the opposite shoe. I brought them in expecting to pay another $ 15, but he did the second shoe at no cost!

Best prices and speedy service. Only charged $ 11 dollars to replace the heels on my wife’s high heel shoes. Have been pretty dependable for years now. A great location especially if you commute to UBC — you can easily drop off your shoes in the AM and pick it up on the way home.
