Location very convenient if you have to be at UBC. The room is spacious, updated and very nice. I just can’t possibly rate the place higher than 2 stars if I’m paying 200 dollars to stay in a room that is 80 degrees. Sweating in my hotel room? No thanks. It’s only early May! I cant fathom staying here in July or August. No air conditioning should be written largely on their website… it was a very very unhappy surprise when I walked into the room. I think in the fall, winter, or early spring this place would be fine… but if it is going to be hot stay somewhere else.

Visiting colleges,(1st stay) and now dropping off daughter,(2nd stay). It is a very convenient location, smack in the middle of this beautiful campus. King size bed is comfy, private balcony, sitting area w. leather sofa bed, convenient kitchen area, well equipped. Flat screen TV. Very clean. Laundry, especially convenient with the dryer after non-stop rainy day where we needed to dry clothing and sneakers. :)

Was visiting the University and this place was suggested to me. I regret it as an experience traveller, it did not have enough ammenities to make the stay worth the cost they charge for a nite stay. Pros-Clean Room –kitchen –semi quite Cons-no wake up calls –staff was unhelpful/worthless –parking cost –no TV in room –no bottle water –no workout room I ask the front desk for a wake up call. They said they didn’t provide this. Fine. Can I get a list of local restaurants as stated in their guest directory? No we don’t have any? wow ok. Guess if you were just here to go to the hospital or visit the college, it would be enough for you but I wish I picked a major chain and will do so, the next time I have to come here.
