I recently got into some serious biking thanks to my best friend and came here to check out some prices on accessories and helmets. This place is close to my best friend’s house. Even though I knew going in that it was going to be expensive going in, I wanted to see what was actually on the market as I am in the beginning stages of my research into the whole biking thing. I didn’t need the customer service, just came in to browse and compare.

The saleswoman promised she would put in the request for a wetsuit. I called a salesman who said he wouldn’t need to check on it because the initial saleswoman would have certainly put in the request. I never got a call back whether or not it arrived. I called, and they said it wasn’t ready. It would have been nice to have received a call back. The same saleswoman also sold me a swim cap knowing that it was my first Tri. You get a swim cap at the tri that you have to wear because it has a certain color. She also said I should get new goggles because these would have a wider view. I bought the $ 25 goggles(only color was red). They aren’t any better than any other goggles. My point is that they are real salespeople.

A New Triathlon store across the street from West Point Cycles. I was walking by the store window and looked inside and found it is an extension from the bike shop across the street dedicated to Triathlon.
