The store is a small kiosk located in the middle of the 1^st floor down the escalator near the entrance of Pacific Centre off Georgia st.
I am really impressed with these guys… I went there the first time back in 2012 to buy an iPhone 4S and they were super quick, to the point, and very friendly in doing everything. The only thing I was a little skeptical of was their 2 year PPP they offered me (a sort of extended warranty plan). I was a bit skeptical because they said they’d refund it completely eventually…
So I went back in 2015 to redeem my PPP and got it back without any hassle at all.
Anyways, I just got an iPhone 6 here. Was just so convenient, easy, and took very little time to set everything up. So yeah, these guys are honest, fast, to-​the-​point… and they really focus their attention on you even if others are waiting. I like that. No going from customer to customer.
There are three guys there usually and I only had to wait approx. 5 mins to be helped (which he told me it would take, which I appreciated the accuracy). Also, the girl before me had minor language difficulties (she was from Korea) but the guy was really patient with her, explained everything really nicely… I had to say I was also impressed that… I just think the people they hire here are way above average.
So yeah, I would recommend going here if you simply just want to get a brand new phone!

Located on ground floor of Pacific Centre, a centre kiosk right off the main escalators to Ann-​Louise Jewellers.
Was here to seek more info on the special $ 50 for Samsung’s Gear Watch, but the pretty girl thought that’s all she had to do was just stand there. Didn’t offer much in the way of info, so no urge to press ahead.

The service at WirelessWave in Pacific Centre is second to none. My wife and I have both got phones and plans here over the past couple of months and have been very impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. We are very satisfied and highly recommend the place.
