This spot is a pleasant surprise, or let me rephrase — divine and delicious. We tried the Chorizo, Contadina, Pata & Pancia and the Italia. All four were delicious, but our two favourites were the Chorizo and the Pata & Pancia. The crust, delicious toppings, and the great service made it TOPNOTCH! We will definitely be back.

Really enjoy this place. It’s a heavier style pizza. Very filling. Really well priced. The staff is so nice and really helpful. They show s lot of pride in their craft making the pizzas. Great place to stop in if you’re near Gas Town or China Town and maybe hitting a movie.

This is an interesting Pizza place. Got a groupon. Well most people who come here have Groupon. So tried the contadina and another one with mushroom and ham(forgot what it was called). Their pizza are not bad. Its very filling. I like to add extra olive oil in it to make it super tasty. The people there are friendly. The seating are interesting. Its a long table which give you a good chance of meeting some new friends. They are located in a good location. Near the Rogers Arena, which was perfect for us to grab a quick bite. I like the thick fluffy crust here. They are geneous on their cheese.

Really friendly service If you’re lucky you’ll be able to try their pizza right out of the oven. If not their reheated pizza is still good. They serve a northern Greek style pizza. Will be going back

Good service, OK pizza, great groupon pricing. Service was good; the teller greeted us right away and was able to answer all of our questions. The pizza is roman style which is thicker than a New York style pizza. Personally this is not my preference but the pizza was cooked well and there were 8 different types available. I purchased a groupon for $ 12(4 slices and 2 pops). At this price the pizza was well worth it but since I don’t enjoy this style, I won’t be returning.

Meh. Cheap ass place that over charges. Ordered pizza and salad with 2 drinks. Salad came with about 3 drops of dressing. Think rain drops. Maybe 1⁄8 of what a normal person would use for dressing on salad. So I’m not exactly enjoying my 7.50 $ romaine lettuce. Pizza is ok ish. Would not order again. Ever.

To my disappointment, I did not enjoy my pizza’s at zerozero. I had high hopes for them from seeing such high star ratings and reading reviews about their fantastic crust which is crispy on the outer edges and soft on the inside– a hybrid of the two(Italian and American). Best of both worlds, no! Our pizza was dry. The edges were indeed crispy, however the insides weren’t soft. IThe bottom may even be a bit burnt. We ordered 4 slices and the cheese on the first slice was melted and stringy but when we got to the second it was starting to harden. Then to the third and fourth, it became cold pizza and we weren’t even having a whole long conversation while eating. We used some of the olive oil, balsamic, salt and chili flakes to add some moisture and flavour to the pizza. Still didn’t salvage it to what I would call good pizza.

Cool spot for some thick toast First of all, this place is really cool, with brick walls and everything. The pizza boys are really nice. However, I wouldn’t call their food pizza. It is really thick, which reminded me of thick toasts. Don’t get me wrong, it still tasted good, but if you are gonna be there get really to carb load! It is still a really cool place to try! I would recommend it :)

Pizza by the slice and they also have a vegan pizza!!! Stopped by an hour before close and they were out of veggie options however they were nice enough to make a fresh pizza for me, which was ready in ten minutes. The décor inside is pretty trendy and the servers were very friendly as well. Crowded on a Tuesday evening which is always a good sign! My pizza itself was very delicious and I loved their crust, however I wish it had more veggies.

Nice and clean place. Lots of choice for pizza flavor and soda. I like a thin pizza, but their pizza was little thicker than I thought. I still enjoyed the flavor though. If you order one piece, they will reheat and serve it in two pieces. One piece was enough for myself. Service was pleasant as well. I would probably go back!

I’m so torn — 4 or 5 stars! Here’s why only 4… [I’m sorry!] Lovely experience here! The service was top notch and incredibly warm, kind, helpful and sincere. Fantastic crew! The pizza selection is authentic & classic. Well done. I’m picky and found only two that interested me. The chorizo was alright, but definitely not outstanding. The«Diavola» was excellent and addictive! I love spice and the cured meats were phenomenal. This is an award-worthy pizza, in my opinion. To my personal taste, I would love to have more heat on that one. I should ask for some extra jalapenos or something. There is a condiment bar with different oils and chili flakes. Only thing missing is parmesan cheese. Cremated powder stuff is sufficient, however, ZERO could offer to sprinkle {an ample amount of] fresh grated for a 25 – 50 cent charge? Just a thought. Price… the Diavola pizza is really good! $ 9.50 for two slices though? A bit high despite my delight and happiness. So, as you can see, that’s why I chose 4 stars. I will return though… and I really enjoyed watching the humble efficiency of the sweet trio working so hard on their edible masterpieces :)

Man this area is booming, all started with the Woodwards development and Noodlebox but I’ll digress. Catchy name but marketing-wise, a bit confusing: is it Double Zero, etc lol. Let’s digress one more time. The crust: out of this world. Crispy along the edges, soft inside. Great texture. Tried the vegetarian and smoked chicken, plenty of toppings. New kitchen, new store, great décor. My quite the sit-down with friends and all, window action seating and a communal table. Easy repeat. Too bad they don’t have online ordering, their phones were ringing off the hook. It’ll be tough to get your order in lol

An authentic Roman pizza by the slice… I have a Groupon so got 4 slices plus 2 Italian soda. So far I have eaten 2 half slices and am full. Delicious and filling made with fresh ingredients s thick chewy crust almost like foccacia. The perfect blend of meat, bread and cheese with herbs and fest vegetables I am lookin forward to eating the rest.

When better to review a pizza place than right after finishing a slice? I was looking for a quick bite to tide me over while I zipped to do some work, and this definitely hit the spot. I popped in and was greeted by the Italian guy working the counter. He was prepping some ingredients so took a sec to come over and help — no problem, it gave me time to peruse the options. The pizzas remind me very much of the style I was used to in Italy — thicker crust with a nice heap of toppings. These were pretty fancy toppings though — I’m talking arugula, pea shoots, gourmet shiz. My eye was immediately caught by one with chili flakes scattered all over it(natch) and although I was tempted by the potato laden one(I’m half Irish, what can I say?) it looked a bit paler than I like — I’m a red sauce gal. The square of pizza was pretty giant(and so Italian, to me), and he threw it on a tray to reheat before serving — always a nice touch. When it was ready he chopped it into two triangles, so even though it was $ 5 for«one» slice, the two pieces were almost the size of two regular pizza slices, and much better quality. I took the pizza with me to my destination, about a block away, and sadly by the time I was halfway through the first slice the bottom was getting a bit cardboardy. I imagine this is because it was reheated, so I’d recommend eating in, if you can. The pizza itself was really delicious — some of the best I’ve ever had, I’d say! The cheese was really rich and flavourful, and the cured meats were lovely little pops of tastiness. I would’ve liked a few more jalapenos, but I like my food SPICY, so I get it. I’d definitely eat here again next time I’m looking for a lunchtime indulgence.

I’d walked by this place a couple of times before I finally got to try them out a couple of weeks ago. The place looks very low key from the outside but the interior is nicely done and I was surprised. The communal table in the middle is wooden and the large size posters of Rome bring a nice feel to the place. The owner was also really nice and gave me a few recommendations. The style of pizza is think crust as they do in Rome. I tried the Italian sausage and vegetarian slices and both were decent but I was not blown away. hence the three stars. I was expecting more from legit Italians making pizza!

I stumbled upon this place completely by accident. I was supposed to go somewhere else, however, took the wrong turn and ended up here. Extremely friendly service. The place is small but there is enough seating for a quick bite. Really good ingredients and an awesome crust. Average price per slice is $ 4 but very good quality. 5 minutes walk from stadium skytrain. I love how the toppings are arranged on top of pizza.

This is a bold statement to make but I am gonna do it: THISISTHEBESTPIZZA I HAVEEVERHAD! We called in to order a pizza for take-out with-out seeing the menu(I know, we’re so brave) and their recommendations were en pointe. We like to do the ½ and ½ strategy to allow us to try more flavours(plus it keeps us from trying to eat 2 pizzas) and both flavours were out of this world. One slice alone is pretty filling but I ended up eating 2 and ½ and I was full(but wanted to keep eating because it was sooo good). This is not your basic pizza chain pizza(Panago ain’t got nothing on these guys), this is art in pizza. The crust is chewy, the toppings are fresh and that olive oil they use… Its just magic. Its a generous slice without all that horrible grease we have come accustomed to with those wacky pizza chains. Eat here! Do yourself the favour! You will not regret it!

Whoa, another new pizza place that I’m totally feeling(coming from someone who doesn’t usually, ahem, appreciate the ‘za). Legit Italian owned, these guys use Farina 00 flour to make their Roman style pizzas(crispy outside, soft inside and thick crusts). Averaging around $ 3.50(generous sized slices that they cut into 2 for you.) I like their slice, side salad and a drink combo… thumbs up.

We were casually walking down the street looking for tacos when we fell upon ZeroZero. It looked warm and cozy inside, and pizza always sounds like a great idea, so we decided to grab a few slices and see if the pizza matched the décor. We entered to a cheerful greeting from the waitress and she graciously offered suggestions and descriptions for each slice that they had available. After some thinking, we each ordered a slice and waited for her to warm up the slices while we grabbed some water and utensils. After a few minutes of waiting, she delivered our slices and offering some warning for the spicier slices, we dived in and were greeted with delicious pizza. We all thoroughly enjoyed our slices and their topping choices were well balanced without too many toppings. While the slices look expensive on the menu and could possibly deter the weary, they were closer to the size of two slices from any other pizzeria, and the quality toppings made the slice worth every penny.

Great food, great staff, and prices sums up this pizzeria. First off, this isnt a panago, or pizza hut. If you want your below average $ 2 a slice pizza, go elsewhere. Here, you pay about $ 5 for a «slice» of real pizza that is more like 2 slices… Or something like $ 10 for a «slice», a pop(bottle, or can. No extra for the glass bottled cola, amazing thank you), and a side of one of there very tasty salads. Everything here seems to be made in house, fresh, and made RIGHT. It makes me feel like im eating that 5 star Nicli’s pizza for a fraction of the cost. Staff is eager to make their business work and they care about their product and customers which is nice to see. Fresh ground pepper, oils, and all your pizza needs are at the little napkin counter thing with water. They arent messing around with that cheap«ketchup in a miniature plastic bag» stuff. Its a class act here at 00. Keep an eye on this place and definitely check it out and support a local business.
