Le magasin est vide de clients à mon arrivé. Mi juillet le centre de jardinage est plein de prix de liquidation pour les fleurs et tomates en pot qui restent. A l’intérieur j’ai pu avoir de l’information de deux différents employés qui ont tout les deux demandé si j’avais besoin d’aide. Bravo! Il y a encore de l’espoir pour le service à la clientèle dans les grandes surfaces.

You know that when the only voice you can hear is your own… there’s a problem! I went to the Reno Depot in Vaudreuil-Dorion to get some paint and couldn’t find an employee(or customer) anywhere! Waited for service for more than 10 minutes to find out that the one employee around didn’t know enough about paint to help me(although it was her department)! Waited again for someone else to help me only to be told that the paint color on display couldn’t be found on her computer. Picked another color on display, again… couldn’t find it on her computer. She didn’t try or suggest an alternative and after being in the store for over 40 minutes with 3 kids, I left with no paint! Highly frustrating! Waiting for service when a store is busy is one thing but when the store is empty? Poor service, no employee knowledge and no selection!
