Ordered some arancini. I ordered to take to a gathering & so taste tested one before i served them. Wasn’t too impressed initially. Found it a bit bland(like no seasoning was on the inside, only a bit in the crust). I’ve had arancini before so kind of expected similar with nice punches of flavor inside & out but that wasn’t the case. I ended up cutting them in half, seasoning each half with some herbs & then squeezing them back together to put them in the oven. Once they were crispy on the outside & the cheese inside was melted, they were dipped in spaghetti sauce to serve. Pretty yum! Just wish they’d tasted that good in the beginning… glad I tested one. House that the business is run out of is in a nice area, fairly easy to find, owners are helpful/friendly & accommodating.
