Nussbaum seems to be a very smart guy. That being said, the clinic suffers from an over — reliance on flattery and chatter to please the customer/patient. What I’m interested in is how I feel physically rather than how my ego feels. The lady at the reception is equally intelligent but again, all the focus seems to be on chatting the customers up. They would do a lot better to focus on substance and help patients feel better asap and at reasonable rates. Many people have sharp bs detectors so this kind of thing sets 94 bells pretty quickly.
